so I've tried to find something about if blizz is going to do a open beta of D3 before release, but i guess I'm blind. i know the closed beta will start in a week and go for about a month and a half or so, but anywhere in their are they going to let hundreds of thousands of people try it? just would like a quote of them saying yes/no/maybe so...please. thank you!

They've not said anything, but it would be a great marketing ploy to release it as a pre-release purchase gift or as a demo for the masses before release day.
So they answer is; as of right now there is no open beta planned, but it's not out of the question

So whats the difference between F&F Beta and Press/Media...and how some guys are streaming even if the open beta hasn't started yet?(sorry for my english...)
I'm assuming you mean the difference between F&F and closed beta? Well F&F is for the friends and families of blizz employees. Closed is for people who has signed up (http://www.diablofans.com/topic/18986-regarding-release-dates-preorders-and-betas/). F&F has far less people than the closed beta. The F&F isn't under NDA, so they can share what they want. Hope that helped.
No there won't be any open beta. They will invite as many people as needed in the closed beta and just release the game when they hit the point that they need.
I can guarantee you the marketing guys are salivating at the chance to bring in fresh blood to the series. An open beta close to release does that and takes nothing away from the company.
Of course it's not announced, but Blizzard tends to do whatever the hell they want.
As of right now, no, it's not announced. I've run enough businesses to know that it's completely possible, I couldn't give you odds though, but it's likely low at this point.
You'll have to forgive me if that's not coming out right, I have Aspergers. I'm just saying it's a possibility, just not likely at this point. Stranger things have happened.
Jay Wilson indeed said there would be no open beta, but shareholders can always override him, and they can always be sneaky and call it something else.
Likely the Beta that we are seeing will eventually become a demo to download to try the game before buying. Since the game length to get to the Skeleton King is under 2 hours and most demos are about that length.
That does not mean there will be an Open Beta.
With beta it is always going to be based on the need at the time. Blizzard may have enough beta testers with F&F and the lucky ones that accepted for the closed beta.
They might just release the demo before game launch and then when you have your key for the full version it will add the extra content to the demo. This will help with keeping the load on the download servers as low as possible. Since we know that the game is online only so quite a bit of the game data will be on the servers. There will still be quite some data that will be on the client, but still it will save some gigs for download (if buying the digital version).

On Strike and supporting Fallout 4 Mod Makers
Some fallout 4 mod makers have had their mods stolen and uploaded and downloaded on Bethesda's site for the Xbox One.
Please support them.
