These are the solutions i went through to fix it :
1- deleting battle.net folder > restart pc > reinstall .
2- memory diagnostic tool and it took me 6 hours .
3- Defrag both my drivers C and D
4- Run system file checker .
5 - Extract these two folders from DirectX 9.0 ( atiumd64.dll and atiumdag.dll ) to diablo 3 folder which also contain Diablo.exe .
6- Updated my AMD graphic card .
7- Create windows admin account > restart pc > login into the new account > run Battle.net as administrator .
looking forward to your feedback and help . Cheers!
