I'm not doing that. I just want to see if the user I was talking to is capable of constructive criticism or does he only know how to b...ch and complain, that's it. Also, I'm particularly curious about his opinion - if all the additions in 2.1 almost don't change the game for him, what would?
I'm not going to type out every existing problem, you said comment on what you think about 2.1 being released. I said what I think. I'm not a Diablo 3 developer.
That's exactly the response I've expected... I'm going to give you a chance though - 3 things, with 3 basic and simple solutions. Go ahead, show that you're not just another whiner and that you can be constructive in your criticism. It doesn't hurt, I promise!
Here's an example - 3 things I wish patch 2.1 fixed:
1. I don't like that every class goes for main stat + vit in terms of attributes, I wish they buffed secondary stats' bonuses for other classes, so that you could actually benefit from getting some dexterity as a Barbarian.
2. I don't like that there's not a lot of bounty variety - I wish they added more fun things to do while playing bounties, like for example changed the boss bounties to teleport you directly to boss' lair, but make the fight itself much more difficult to differentiate this type of bounty from the others (by not having the player run around the map).
3. I don't like that emeralds are simply the best in weapon socket - I wish they greatly buffed other options to make them more competitive.
Go ahead - what are the 3 things you wish the 2.1 would fix?

Most likely - yes.
They have addressed all of your suggestions already, try to come up with a new complaint. And #2 is like overhauling the entire game design for attributes, not going to happen.
So, I ask you to give an example of your complaints and what do you do? You complain about my complaints, without any sort of specific arguments. Guess you're just a whiner, who only knows how to complain and isn't able to express his opinion in a constructive manner. Shame, but I think that I shouldn't waste my time on you.
One last time:
#2 is more bounty variety, which wouldn't require major game overhaul to do. I guess you've just got the number wrong. At any rate - they said in the recent Tavern Talk podcast that it is something they're considering, so my general suggestion was adressed, true, but... No details were given about specific changes to bounties though and thus my suggestion about revamp of "kill the boss bounty" is still prefectly valid.
#1 - well, I'm going to refer to the Tavern Talk podcast once again. Basically, Wyatt Cheng said that initially, while developing Diablo 3 vanilla they've wanted to make all attributes valuable for all classes which was meant to work with their "all the random, all the time" affix distribution system in vanilla, but it didn't work out and people were frustrated to have anything other than main stat/vitality on their gear and as such with smart loot the issue was removed. That basically implies that they don't plan to rebalance the attibutes and make all of them viable, but since they've already had to adjust their philosophy on that topic (the implementation of smart loot) it should be technically possible to revert it and thus my disagreement with their current design priorities is justified - I simply disagree with the direction they're taking and I have every right to do so, especially so that this direction has already been changed in the past and thus it most likely could change if they wanted to. As such my suggestion, though unlikely, is completely valid.
#3 Gems... How was this adressed? Ruby damage bonus was increased in the past, which indicates that they've considered this to be an issue (I believe it was also mentioned in Tavern talk podcast), but it's not really enough to make it competitive. Other than that, I haven't really heard any statements on the topic even though I follow 3 diablo fansites regularly - I would ask you to enlighten me, but since you're just another person who loves to complain, I highly doubt you'd be able to provide any kind of constructive data on the topic.
That's it from me - I've made up my mind about you, dear SuchFear and yes, I know you don't care, but since you're just a whiny person in my eyes I find no reason to engage in any further discussions with you.
