When I got all my BP gear, CoE became more effective... I have no idea which way I should take now..could you guys take a look on my both gear and tell me whats worth more using.

Stats: Using mantra of salvation - agility rune / beacon of ytar / harmony
Forget about the stats, in my opinion. The broken promises monk has a bit more toughness usually as you can afford to switch some CHC to toughness on some of the slots, as well as up your DPS on jewelry. However, the major difference is simply the change in playstyle - and here it just comes down to preference. Try both and see what you like more.
I personally thought at first "yes, finally a build that works with Broken Promises! It's awesome!" but after playing it for quite a while I figured that I don't like it. I played a few rifts with open inventory and felt that I was often at no crit when my SSS was active, losing sooo much DPS. CoE also is a bit of spiky DPS, but even when the "wrong element" is on at least you're critting with every other hit. I lose some toughness, maybe even more DPS (though I don't know how to ensure close to 100% BP uptime), but the playstyle just suits me better and the results were more satisfying.
Try both and see what works best for you. I still have my BP gear in case I want to switch back. Note that most top players by now have gone back to CoE though.

Whats your opnion about the rolls for leggings and belt? what about the gloves for the CoE set, which I should use?
I think both are fine and perfect as-is. Many people would recommend to re-roll dex to max that to 650. I think this is borderline stupid, and I'm holding back my words here (35/31 more dex are a drop in the bucket compared to the 77/95 vitality you could gain). My best bet would be to re-roll the vit on pants and belt, but I wouldn't touch them for now. You could also re-roll the physical resist on belt to chance to freeze on hit, or whatever. Maybe in a few weeks there's a build that uses the SSS belt and a generator, and you would love to re-roll the life% to a generator.
If pieces are *that* well-rolled, I tend to just keep them and not re-roll them unless there's an obvious choice (and in my opinion there isn't).
