I just got very lucky in a Siegebreaker run and sold a weapon for 10m, so I have some money to spend. Most of my items are just high dex without much else, so I'm definitely a glass cannon. I have 48 disc and .97 hatred regen, nothing with + crit damage or + crit chance outside a helm that gives me 3 crit which I need to replace
My weapon is just a 1020 dps bow with no real stats on it, is it time to finally upgrade this? I would like to get a GOOD weapon if I'm going to invest a lot of cash into it, so how much am I looking to spend and how much will it cost me roughly?
Use the spreadsheet. 99% of the time, a weapon will provide the largest DPS boost than any other slot. 10 mil in terms of weapons will get you into the 1250 range, and likely boost your DPS by 10-15k.
People are going to say 'get a weapon with a socket and/or Crit DMG', but unless you get lucky you won't find one of those that does more DPS than a 1250 for the same price. When it comes to weapons always check the spreadsheet. I've found that a 1k DPS with Crit DMG and a socket gives less DPS gain than something at 1200.
Actually after looking at the AH, you can get something in the 1230 range for 5 mil or less. This would give you some left over change to buy another very nice piece of gear. Probably your best bet.
2) Is there a way to search for minimum damage on the AH? Like, let's say I want to only look at 1200+ weapons, but don't care about the stats, is there an option for this?
3) Does it matter which items I get after a good weapon? Like, obviously the weapon is the most crucial, but do you then want a ring or a quiver or does it just depend on what your weakest item is / what the best deals are atm?

2. No, put in a max buyout (i.e 10,000,000) and sort by DPS.
3. Weapon will always give the biggest gains, as for other slots it really depends on what you have that's weak and what you can find. If you have bad gloves for example, but come across an amazing ring for cheap you can snag that instead.
Gloves/Rings/Amulets are the slots that give DH the most bang for the buck. Reason being is they can have all our wanted stats, AS, Dex, Crit DMG/Hit. Things like Pants, Belts and Shoulders are meh because the only difference between 1 mil pants and 10 mil pants is likely 20 Dex and a socket. I'd say look over your gear and find your weakest piece, and try to upgrade that first. No point in upgrading something that's decent, and upgrading weak slots will give you the largest gains.

Or should I work on other stats first ...

Either something is wrong or I have no idea what I'm doing, that should be a straight 20% increase
