1. Spike Trap (indigo - allows 7 traps to be active at once) obviously so you can spam traps all over the place, although the traps aren't amazing its 2 more traps then you could have in D2
2. Strafe (obsidian - fires off rockets doing 90% (190% with passive) wpn damage use this to run around after you've layed your traps
3. Entangling shot (indigo - hits up to 6 enemies) so you can spam this if you need to slow down groups if there coming at you too fast
4. Caltrops (crimson - enemies take 80% weapon damage while in area of effect) this is basically another trap, it slows AND will do damage per second on top of your other traps
5. Vault (alabaster - enemies within 8 yards of destination are stunned for 3 seconds) use this if you find yourself in a tight spot and need to bounce out and lay more traps
6. Sentry (obsidian - fires homing missles every 1.5 seconds for 150% wpn damage(250% with passive)) this is yet another trap like ability that lasts for awhile
Passives:
1. custom engineering (increases duration of traps and things)
2. Balistics (increases rocket damage by 100%)
3. hot pursuit (increases movement speed by 10% while at full hatred) since this build has no hatred spenders, you will ALWAYS be at full hatred therefor this always applies, and since you obviously never melee or want to be hit, this is the perfect passive for this build.
so in all you can have out 7 spike traps, caltrops (don't think you can have more then 1) and 1 sentry. 9. you have slowing abilities and a way to get the heck outta dodge if shit goes sower. unlike the trap sin in D2 you have more traps at your disposal and more ways to avoid enemies. on top of that Strafe with the rocket rune and passive will do pretty amazing damage while super increasing your run speed. so i think this build could be way better then the trap sin in d2. i think in the end this build may not kill as fast as a pure dps build but its the SAFEST build with massive AOE so i think it will be a great farming build especially for inferno. also unlike the trap sin in D2 one of your traps is permanent until its duration expires , so it doesn't have a certain amount of "shots" like in D2, and with the passive it lasts for quite awhile (40 seconds)
i think this build could also be very nice for HC players as its the best at avoiding damage.
