Hey guys, today I want to show you an 'entry level' Raekor/IK combo build, for those of you who are just (re)acquiring the IK set. While a 4 Raekor/4 IK setup should be stronger (something I plan to explore shortly), this is a good start for those of you who are used to the standard Raekor playstyle. The major change is permanent Ancients, making the rift guardian fights a lot more palatable. The tier potential of this setup is the same as Raekor's has always been, +1-2 thanks to higher single target damage. Enjoy & discuss!
Aiming for max raekor pushes would involve focus+restraint, but it's all about rift+pylon fishing. Predicted max should be around 60 with ideal conditions. (stoneboy power conduit)

Couple problems with that though...
1) No double Unity = Ancients die pretty quick and you need them for RG, even if you do get Conduit & Singer (IIRC Unity 'toughness' does boost Ancients toughness, but I could be wrong, it could just be damage distribution).
2) F/R also means dropping Stomp or War Cry for Boulder Toss, AND requires enough CDR on gear to charge the RG every 5 seconds or less (that shouldn't be too much of a problem though).
Not to mention that even with APD's without Unity I'm pretty sure you'll be dying quite often.

1) If you still you want double unity, then farm for Convention of elements. In the case of Barbarians, it cycles through Fire, Phys, Light, Cold (Mind me, I don't know the exact order) so every 12 seconds you'll get at least a 150% multiplicative buff that lasts for 4 seconds. In addition to that, it naturally rolls Primary Stat, CC, and Socket.
2) Boulder Toss is a poor choice because the spender has to HIT a mob in order to proc the 50% damage buff. The best spender to use for Raekor is Ancient Spear with Harpoon rune because it not only deals damage but also pulls all mobs (even elites) similar to Ground Stomp with Wrenching Smash rune; thus, the only skill that would need to be replaced is Ground Stomp.
