I'm planning on levelling almost exclusively with a Barb and Monk, also a Wiz/WD possibly, so I wanted a build that would be suited for this specifically.
One thing I like that you aren't using is Vengeance, I would use that over steady aim or cull the weak but thats completely personal preference IMO. Extra damage is sick, but durring the open beta with vengeance I felt like i never ran out of hatred from everyone picking up health globes. Just something to consider.

I switched Vault for SS, just my preference having the added benefits from SS. I'd switch Hungering to Shatter if it does pierce more. I'd consider Vengeance simply because of the rate melee characters will pick up globes, but I will just have to see about whether or not I do need that.
From D3 forums:
Devouring Arrow for Hungering Arrow will probably be the superior damage rune (unless Shatter Shot can trace and pierce more than once, in which case use it always) so I switched that out.
Grievous Wounds for Impale has superior top end damage because if you spam Impale with CB, you really cut down on the DoT damage.
I would switch out Vengeance for Cull the Weak or Sharpshooter. That slot is really a toss-up because there aren't many useful passives left for a support character. Cull the Weak will still be very effective if your barb or monk have slowing effects on any of their spells. If they do, it's a no-brainer to use it. Otherwise you can squeeze out a small amount of damage with sharpshooter, especially helping Impale w/ GW.
This build with Sentry Guardian and MfD w/ Death Toll greatly synergizes with your partners. You could put better damaging spells for yourself individually, but a 15% damage reduction and 12% damage increase w/ 1% lifesteal really helps your partners stand in there longer and deal more damage.
In the other build I really don't like Rapid Fire w/ Web Shot as your main damage dealer. Sure it ensures that you always have Cull the Weak up, but is 15% increased damage worth using a 228% Single Target? That still only brings RF up to 262.2% damage which is inferior to putting Bombardment on RF or Impale runed w/ either GW or CB. And, again, you may be able to rely on your partners for a slow and get the best of both worlds. I also don't like the idea of putting Valley of Death on MfD. Most large AoE pulls are fairly weak enemies, what's the benefit of only getting 12% more damage against them? 12% is not a very tangible difference in kill speed against anyone other than a boss or particularly strong champion/rare mob. I would suggest putting hatred gen on it for yourself or lifesteal for your party. Really don't have a preference between Vault and SS in the builds. They both have their perks.

*Updated build*
I'll be playing with a wizard so instead of sentry and marked for death I'm planning on using caltrops and vault.
