So last night I was bored and tried out the Standard Condemn build without using a Primary Resource Generator and instead used Shield Glare w/ Divine Verdict. I Completed GR40 with around 30secs....this was without Pillar Spawning and stopped to kill Elite / Champion packs...RG was Stonesinger.
**Still looking for Ancient Gear / correct itemized Rings & Ammy / Overwhelming Desire (for follower or myself if rolls decent)
Has anyone else gave this a try or has tried out Overwhelming Desire while using Zeal or Punish?
I never once had an issue keeping Taugek stacks up or Wrath issues so I stuck with Holy Cause over Long Arm. I'm going to try 41 this afternoon with the same spec and hope that RNG is on my side.
Until 43 wrath shouldnt be a problem at all, and especially not dmg.
Why would Wrath become a problem after 43 if someone didn't have the problem before? I could understand movement / positioning becoming an issue but if your gear hasn't changed then why would your wrath regen.
You won't get away with not running a generator later on you won't be running long arm of the law so you use your generator to keep yourself above 10 wrath at all times to make sure you have zero downtime on condemn you should be casting it at least 90 times a minute and when you start running taeguk it's manditory to maintain your stacks on the rg. You can inspect my profile to get an idea. http://www.diabloprogress.com/hero/dkoi-1885/FOOKstick/58504870 Only difference is I use iron skin flash instead of steed charge and I do have long arm on but I use indestructible in that spot.
I run a generator on Sader regardless of t6 or not and still clear faster with it then without so no dh and crusader are nothing a like in that sense. Your free to do whatever you want but running a generator will always yield better results and faster times in grs.
With a generator I can complete a gr 40 sub 8 minutes with punish retaliate cause mirinae is procing twice as much. So in theory generator wins regardless cause it procs mirinae and has no cooldown.
Plus, they are not mutually exclusive like DH attacks. You can hold down the generator while spamming condemn and take advantage of the regen while condemning. DH has to choose to fire one or the other for each attack.
The proc on retaliate isn't from using the ability it's from blocking melee attacks which makes it strong and if you maintain 100% in the rift it procs mirinae way more then condemn does especially when your using vacuum on the rg it just changes from the retaliate buff procing mirinae to the cast procing mirinae either way not running a generator as condemn is a poor option and really is not viable anymore.
