Full IK set. EDIT: Reviewing replacing one of the Set pieces, as IK is 7 Piece, for damage/stat buff from Legendary item. Also reviewing Cube armor powers. May swap Band of Might in cube for high roll Skull Grasp.


Updated 11/21: Swapped Skull Grasp for Band of might in cube. Socketed Esoteric, swapped out Pain enhancer, to stay alive at lower paragon and higher grift levels.


Updated 11/21: Skull Grasp and Convention are now my rings. Mara's amulet for right now because the damage increase stats are nearly perfect rolls. + poison abilities and pink pools are giant health potions now.

Heavily reliant on cooldown reduction and keeping Wrath of the Berserker up as well as Critical Hit Damage. Diamond in Helm a must. Need resistance and life on hit to keep pushing higher up the Grift ladder. Initially Put a few points in CHD/CHC for initial power boost then shifted gear to CD reduction and got that to ~30. Then max CHD and CHC.

Build Guide

Updated 11/21 - Added Grift 70 capture.

Updated 11/21 - Using 1H/Shield for Protection at Higher Grift Levels. Works very well. Still looking for a better ancient Mighty wep and a different shield. This will do for now.

Updated 11/21 - Still have not gotten Amulet figured 100% but (see start of video for current gear) the Mara's currently equipped has been beyond a lifesaver. The Choker attacks turns in to an enormous health potion.


Still tweaking armor and items as I go.

Battle Rage - Bloodshed swapped for left mouse.

Furious Charge for Damage reduction with Band of Might.

Call of the Ancients will be up 100% with set bonus and will get bumped while Wrath of the Berserker is active. Set bonus reduces cooldown by 3 seconds per 10 fury spent, Whirlwind and Seismic Slam will keep the cooldowns to a minimum. At lower paragon it is tricky to keep Berserker up 100% (<150/200) until cooldown reduction is there.


Typical rotation, Ancients are up all the time, Berserker, then charge for DMG reduction and Fury. Ancients will increase fury generation dramatically, WW to proc Taeguk and keep steady cooldown reduction, Seismic Slam at 75 - 100% fury for heavy multiplier on first 5 enemies hit and to further remove cooldown. If flushed out and having to run to avoid enemies keep spamming SS even if its not at 75%+.


This is an experimental build in progress and so far is excellent after getting Seasonal Full Set at low paragon. Allowed me to blow through higher Torment Rifts at lower paragon level and easily destroys Greater Rifts. I will be updating the build and guide as I progress.


Edit: Has anyone given this a try for themselves? I have had amazing success as soon as I hit 70 and started the season. This build also sets up for Whirlwind or Leapquake (collecting Earth set and hanging on to required items along the way) since it's easy to farm specced like this. Could very well end up being a good 'season starter' to keep pushin rifts, paragon, and farming drops or DB for Rare upgrades until you get the gear you want.
