Zei's Stone can be used instead of BoTP.
As for gear: Compass Rose + Pledge are not mandatory. Can use Eye of the Etlich and Convention of the Elements. Endless Walk set however is really good or both toughness and damage.
Normal gems= amethyst on helm, all other gearl slots = TOPAZ.

Build Guide
Hello everyone!
This is the setup which i use to speedfarm T13 and level up gems up to around GR75.
This is very intense setup which allows to survive purely on massive recovery and destroy everything in seconds. In the end of the video guide you will see some demonstrations of T13 rift as well as GR72.
It's a very speedy setup but requires some skill and attention to get going really fast.
What i like about this build the most? No Land of the Dead. No Corpse Lance, no cooldown reduction required. And it's still fast and deadly.
Some general info:
1) Roll Skeleton Mage on Helm and Boots. Boots are first priority.
2) When Blizzard will fix FUELED BY DEATH passive it will be OP.
3) CDR is not really needed, just for extra Blood Rushing. I prefer toughness.
Thank you!

As for dying. If you die = don't just rush ahead blindly. Get your mages up, jump around and get some globes to raise your HP. Then continue rushing. It works really fast and well, but you need to feel the setup. One shots will still happen if some frozen pulse will catch you
