Build Guide
This build is discovered, tested, and published by a groups of Chinese Diablo III players on 163.com. Below is the link to their original post:

Somehow the weapon and armor slot of kanai's cube does not function. But probably you all could tell that the weapon slot must be Augustine's Panacea, and the armor slot is either the cloak of the garwulf or frostburn.
This build functions because somehow, N6 bonus works with M4 bonus, resulting in a much higher damage multiplier than original M6, even
considering the fact that M6 uses Dawn and CoE ring. This build has very high survivability. The only drawback is that it is not immune to
control-imparing effects. so consider using the invigorating gemstone in HC. The players who developed, tested, and published this build has successfully cleared GR89 with very few augumentation, and it is expected to outperform M6 or even UE6 if all stats are perfect.
Personally, I just pull out these items from my inventory and with <15000 dex and only 37& RCR I have cleared 80 with ease. The map was a
horrible, ruins of corvus map with rooms and doors. With >40% RCR and near 20000 dex, this build could be the alternative to UE for DH players.
Note that helmet requires a topaz instead of diamond because we only cast RoV once its CD is reset to maintain the 500% damage buff damage reduction, or to proc APD. This build main damage dealer is EA from sentries and is resource-intensive.. Consider roll RoV damage on the weapon into RCR and expect to roll RCR and hatred regen on quiver. Additional hatred regen is recommended on natalya's embrace. Btw, sentry fire does not proc AD.
Once again, all the development work is attributed to the players on Chinese server. You may find their post through the link provided above.
But one sad thing is that sentry fire does not proc Area Damage. So it has limitation. Btw I felt sad for this since Garg and Mystic Allies all proc AD, but why sentries do not...
I think this build will shine at the highers rifts (80+) as it has plenty of toughness to cope with it, but first we need the damage to get there, and it requires a lot of dex.
I still havent had an upgrade since I started this build. 4k DB and 2k souls but nothing new.
what do u guys think of replacing leech with steady aim? i havent found leech to be all that helpful and the extra dmg from steady aim would help a lot for pushing higher.
I would not repace it by Steady Aim. This is more of a melee build, you dont want to vault around all the time like UE, so you probably wont have Steady Aim active most of the time. If you want an offensive passive, go with ambush probably.

Ok, I just replaced leech with steady aim and I cleared GR77 when I was struggling for damage at 76. Wasn't the best rift either as I only had 1 pylon and lots of walking around.
For those struggling for damage I highly recommend going with steady aim, yes we will have to vault around a bit more but the huge increase in dmg is worth it, at this stage anyway.
Is the only purpose for Zei's Stone of Vengence to Stun enemies so that the bracers give us damage reduction? If so, I feel like that's a waste of a gem.
Gogok, Stricken , or even Iceblink would work better imo.
EDIT: Gogok seems to work really well. The bonus attack speed is complimented by the faster Hatred refills due to shorter cooldown on Preparation
The purpose of Zei's is damage. For sentries, Zei's damage is based on the distance from the sentry to the target *not* the distance from you to the target. If you're placing the sentries properly they'll get very good damage boosts from the gem.
yup steady aim just made me clear 77 with a shitty rift when I struggled with 76 very nice dps increase
Zoey's with Garwulf makes this build very survivable.
I've cleared 79 in 6 PC Marauder's with it and no deaths.
I've never thought of coupling Ancient Parthan Defender's with Zei's. Interesting twist.
This build is legit guys.
Cleared 78 today with really laggy internet (died a couple of times cuz of it) and still had almost 2 min spare. I did get a couple of CHC upgrades, but I'm still only 8/13 ancients and 12k DEX.
I've noticed this build works really well in high density maps, yes I know other builds do too, but this one even more so because you can just kite back to your old sentries without having to summon new ones.
It also seems to be very gear dependent, as sheet damage matters a lot, every upgrade will boost your chances of pushing higher. Really looking forward to pushing well into the 80s with this build.
Any updates from the Chinese servers? How high have they managed to push this?
I played most of the latter half of season 7 with this build and even without augmenting everything this is the best DH build I could put together. I recommend switching out preparation for evasive fire and the APD for Wraps of Clarity.
Even with mediocre gear you could probably push this build into at least mid 70s.
Here's my build:

Ive been using a variant of this and wondering how it would compare to the posted version. Instead of EA, I use chakram serpentine. This frees up the weapon cube slot for dawn. Vengeance seethe instead of prep covers all the hatred I need. CDR instead of RCR on gear for perma vengeance, faster sentry charging, faster RoV reset, faster companion reset. You gain cc immunity, 40% damage multiplier, and rocket damage. So far nice and tanky. Using polar instead of guardian too so room for more DR.
Does this build still work in 2.6.0?
