Hellfire Amulet (5th passive):

The invincible item-combo:
The combination of

pretty much makes you invincible after killing any monster.
How it works:
Boon of the Hoarder (Legendary gem) let enemies drop a lot of gold.
Avarice Band (Ring) will increase your pickup radius by 1 yard everytime you pick up gold (stacks up to 30 times)
Goldwrap (Belt) increases your armor for 5 seconds equal to the amount of gold you picked up.
This combination is played by a lot of builds, but only works for outside of Greater Rifts,
because enemies in Greater Rifts can't drop gold or any type of items.

How to play:
1. Use Multishot to kill enemies
2. Use Evasive Fire to proc Focus & Restraint (Ring-Set-Bonus)
3. Use Vengeance everytime the skill is ready
4. Use Wolf Companion everytime the skill is ready
5. Use Vault to dodge attacks and to move around faster
6. Use Preperation if your Discipline drops below 75%.
Try not to drop on low Discipline, because you deal less damage the less discipline you have (6p bonus).

My opinion:
It is in fact the most efficient T13 farming build in the current Patch 2.4.3. It's very easy and smooth to play, you kill just everything on the screen and you can even carry 3 players in your group on Torment 13 if you have decent equipment. There are a few different item setups you can play this build. I myself prefer the BotH+Avarice Band+Goldwrap combo the most. In combination with Blood Vengeance it's just insane. Super fun build.
