DO NOT USE A SHIELD: USE CRAFTED 2H AXES

That is not a joke, the insane power level of a slow 2Hander without Heavenly Strength is very surprising.

VERY IMPORTANT NOTES

- Only use FERVOR if you're absolutely forced to (picked up an amazing 1-hander). The +AS% Is difficult to manage with massive wrath costs - it also reduces our "damage per skill" quite a bit. Be cautious.

- Found an amazing 2-Hander? Again, DO NOT USE HEAVENLY STRENGTH. Simply go without a shield.

- Found an amazing shield? Well, sadly, adjust your build accordingly with either of the passives mentioned just above. If you picked up one, consider Insurmountable (passive).

Between Wrathful, Smite+Holy Cause, you have a beefy amount of sustainability thru healing. Basically, as you go along your easy road to 70 - Use your "basic attacks" to kill trash, and SAVE CONDEMN AND FALLING SWORD FOR ELITES. While you can be a little trigger happy with Condemn, avoid using Falling Sword as a traveling tool except in the utmost important scenarios (IE, not just for covering ground - use it to leap through ravines and go to higher/lower platforms).
