Build Guide
Because we are going to use Hammer Jammers legendary skill in kanai's cube, we can go for Blind, Immobilize or Stun build.
(Note: Blind and immobilize build are more efective than stun build)
- For blind: we will useThe Final Witness in the cube with Shield Glare in skill bar.
- For immobilize: we can Use Akkhan's Addendum in the cube with Judgment in skill bar.
or Akkhan's Addendum in the cube with Sacred Harness in our equip and Steed Charge in skill bar.
- For Stun: Use Falling Sword: Part the Clouds in skill bar, is less efective than Falling Sword: Rapid Descent because you need this skill every 6-8 sec for the bonus (4) of the set, also some mob are inmune to stun, but is an option.
Very good job!
Works brilliantly! I like that you explain different options for different CC types at the end. +1
How high of a GR do you think this build is capable of doing?
I got through GR 55 with it, just trying to get the conquest. it was pretty hairy, by the time I beat the guardian I had both cheat deaths on CD
I could see that if you were more skilled with the play style or had a better set up with stats you might be able to push it higher, it does plenty of dmg, maybe Unity would be a better fit than convection the dmg it does is pretty consistent the bursts from convection weren't as noticeable as they are in the thorns build.
I tried. I really tried to get Hammerdin to work, but Blizzard completely missed and tried to solve it by slapping a 500% buff to hammers and it's still horrible. I think the main issue rests with how Fallen Sword is required for the build and it's such a clunky and awful ability, or that you pretty much just have that 1 extra potential skill in your bar that you can't use because this requires so much setup to be effective. Due to that, you pretty have to play this solo but then you'll wonder why you're not just Invoker/LoN instead.
I've done up to 68 solo with this build. It can probably go higher with better gear and/or playstyle.
I'm using a minor variation on this build. Cubed Unity, wearing ORotZ while solo, and cubing CoE in groups. Mostly due to not having a very good CoE to wear. Additionally using Bane of the Trapped instead of Esoteric, and Law of Valor: Unstoppable Force instead of the pony. Also using Prophet rune of Akkharat's Champion and cubed a Furnace to improve single target and RGs. Haven't really tried to push as high as I can, but I've done up to mid 60s solo, seen some slight variants going 75+ with a Hammers build. Enjoying the build FAR more than invokers. Killing jelly gobs, gob packs and really AOE in generally feels much better. Not nearly as tanky, but still much more fun.
mis-type, Can't seem to delete.
WIth the boost to damage of hammers and multiplicitive vs additive now, would the Blessed of Haull be a better belt and drop Akarat's maybe for justice? I've been tinkering on the PTR and a justice-crack with a limitless hammer is doing preposterous amounts of damage. The justice spam fills the screen with hammers that seem to get all the boosts from Johannas and Hammer Jammers pieces and you don't really even need Gabriel's as you aren't spending resource to get your hammers going. Just rambling and thinking...
If it's good for the weapon to have LoH or Life for Fury Spent, put that Stat Priority list.
