Latency issues - constant lags and up to 600 ms latency.

  • Hi.

Since new patch was introduced yesterday my latency in Diablo 3 jumped significantly. Prior to it it was never above 100 ms, and now it's hardly ever under 300 making it almost impossible to play.

I've followed all general advice from connection troubleshooting section to no avail. Game still lags like crazy. Following advice from one of the other topics I've made logs using all 3 methods (Tracert, Pathping and WinMRT tools). Results are as follows:

I've tested both servers and results were almost identical (loss of packets on jumps to 4 hosts). I live in Edinburgh, Scotland.

I would like to add that i have absolutely no lag or latency issues in WoW.
    Any advice would be appreciated!

    Thanks!
  • Hey, HellAngel!

There is honestly no major sign of connection issues in what you attached. Go ahead and make a support ticket at: https://us.battle.net/support/ and we can dig a little deeper.
