Item purchased 18hrs ago and still not recieved !?

  • Transaction ID 1160176479 purchased on the AH over 18 hours ago and still not recieved, yet shows in the completed tab.

    I have attempted to purchase 10 or so other things at 100g each and everyone appears yet the 7.5m item still remains lost.

    Any chance of an update to this vastly ongoing issue!?

    First of all, you should remember that digital upgrades can take up to 72 hours to fully complete. Secondly, Technical Support can't really help with account/payment issues, we have a dedicated team for that.

    However, we do have a little tip for you; if the process takes longer than 24 hours, try resetting your Battle.net password once to force a status-refresh on your account.
