AMD Radeon HD 6750 1GB

  • The Diablo 3 Beta is 65% downloaded, and is "Playable." However, when I began playing, the game informed me that my graphics card is outdated. However, I checked the list of supported video cards here: http://us.battle.net/support/en/article/video-card-support-for-diablo-iii
My card is on the "High" supported list. I'm not sure whether this is just because the beta hasn't completely downloaded, or if my graphics card is really that "outdated."
I began playing, but for some reason, the game kept freezing and the fps just dropped randomly.
  • thanatos2080,

Are you sure it wasn't saying your drivers are outdated? There isn't a message that would say a video card itself is outdated, but there is one for the card being unsupported.

Can you post some information about your computer? You can find this information in the Direct X Diagnostic Tool:

    Click on Start
    Click on Run
Type in: dxdiag (In Vista, type dxdiag in the search field)
    Hit Enter or OK

Click on the Save All Information button at the bottom, and create a dxdiag text file, and copy and paste it ALL here.
