I looked up this crash on our end here and it appears to be caused by the Windows 10 Xbox Game DVR. This is enabled by default in the Windows Anniversary Update (even if you don't own an Xbox or have never used it before). Lets try turning it off!
1) Search for "Xbox" in the Windows 10 search and open the Xbox app (You will need to log into your Microsoft Account, or create one if you haven't yet). 2) Once open, click on the settings option on the left (Cog Wheel). 3) Click the slider for the game DVR to turn if off.
