As with the beginning of every New Year's celebration, we celebrate the release of the original Diablo from way back in 1996. For 23 years we've been killing demons, exploring dungeons, and vainly fought against the corrupting influence of the Lord of Terror. Many fans of the game have literally grown up with the Diablo franchise and it's something that continues to remain important to us all. With the coming New Year, it's fitting to celebrate this particular anniversary as we look forward to Diablo IV and where this next iteration of the game will take us.
What are your New Year's hopes for Diablo? More impactful themed seasons in Diablo III? More details on the end game systems for Diablo IV? A release date for Diablo: ImmortalI? Let us know in the comments below, our forums, or our Discord!
I'm very excited for Diablo 4, but it also seems to be a little further in the distance; so for the time being I am very happy with the new sets being implemented with the coming seasons of Diablo 3. Of the new sets coming out do you have ideas set in place to roughly what they would be focused around skill-wise for the classes? Personally my true love has been the demon hunter and I think it would be amazing to implement a mine build as there are already a few items in play that help support this, but not many to increase the damage. Ive been playing since lvl 60 was max level and I remember them being crucial especially with the echo rune. It may be nostalgia talking, but either way I would be ecstatic to see something like this to come about. Keep up the good work and whatever you do decide l'll be happy to try it out in the coming seasons. Much love and happy new year to your team
I'm thrilled about Diablo 4, but it seems far off, so I'm enjoying the new sets in Diablo 3's next seasons. Do you know how the new sets will focus on class skills? My favorite class is the demon hunter, and there are currently a few items to enable a mine build, but not many to improve damage. I played since lvl 60 was max level and recall them being vital, especially with the echo rune. I'd love to see this happen, nostalgia or not. the backrooms
Despite my excitement for Diablo 4, I'm now enjoying Diablo 3's upcoming seasons' new settings. Do you know how class skills will be emphasized in the new sets? The demon hunter class is one of my favorites, and there are currently a few things that allow for a mine build but few that increase damage. They were crucial, especially with the echo rune, in my experience playing since level 60 was the highest level. Nostalgia or not, I'd really like to see this happen.
