Helltooth Lag Fixes

The revamped Helltooth set is causing some lag issues and devs are working to fix it as soon as possible. A few hotfixes were already deployed, but they're going to optimize the set even further in the future. Read the blue post below.

The Helltooth lag is a result of several factors, and we've already deployed hotfixes that address 2 of them (and reports indicate performance has improved in those specific areas). However, there are still some unaddressed issues that are still affecting performance. We plan to make further optimizations in the near future that should help, but we want to be sure there isn't a loss of power as a result.

(Note: secondary resists of physical and lightning are good on items that don't use all res for grift progression. Generally 2+ pieces of physical and 2 pieces of lightning are good stats to aim for)
