Live Streams from Dreamhack Stockholm

Blizzard will be at Dreamhack Stockholm this weekend, and will have two specific Reaper of Souls playing stations there, with two streamers showing the latest content. Make sure to check them out!

DreamHack Stockholm takes place on September 26 & 27 at the Ericsson Globe in ... well, Stockholm, Sweden.

We're very happy to have Moses and Deadset from the Diablo III community there to stream their games live from an on-site dedicated Blizzard streaming zone. Tune in to watch them play Reaper of Souls, including patch 2.1.1 content. And if you happen to be at DreamHack Stockholm, come find them and say hi!

DreamHack Stockholm will also play host to several Blizzard eSports tournaments:

• The 2014 European Hearthstone Qualifier Tournament,where 16 card-slingers battle for four spots at the Hearthstone World Championship at BlizzCon 2014
• The 2014 European World of Warcraft Arena Tournament, where eight of the best arena teams compete for bragging rights, with the top three also winning a trip to BlizzCon
• The DreamHack Open StarCraft II tournament — one of the last global WCS events where players can earn coveted WCS points to qualify for the Global Finals at ... you guessed it ... BlizzCon 2014!

PSN/Xbox Linking Problems

when going to battle.net/playstation i can log onto my battle.net account but whne it sends me to log into my psn i get an error saying "An error has occurred.Your connected account status is unavailable at this time. Please try again later." been like this all day, ive tried on multiple browsers chrome and ie, tried with diff internet connections, home wireless connection and my pphones 4g connections, tried from my ps4 itself all get the same error

I've seen a few of these reports and we're currently checking this out - thanks for your patience in the meantime!

Have either of you attempted to play online? I assume if you're linking the account, this may just be the first step in the process for you and that you may not have tried.

You can always override the progress with an exported save later, go ahead and try to play online or use the quick match features to join an online game (that is found in the start menu). Please let me know whether you had any difficulties with that, and that may help illustrate where the issue lies.

Bane of the Powerful Details
The damage bonus that’s applied by slaying Elite monsters with Bane of the Powerful functions differently depending on the Elite(s). In situations where there is a single Elite (like a Treasure Goblin or Act boss) then it's pretty straight forward in the sense that once you kill that Elite you get the buff. When the Elites are in some form of a pack, though, it gets slightly more complicated. The entire pack will need to be slain in order to trigger the buff. That includes every member of a Champion pack, or all of the minions along with their Elite master. 

That said, there's currently a bug that allows Bane of the Powerful to apply its bonus damage after killing illusions, which is not intended. We'll be sure to let everyone know through the appropriate channel once that fix is implemented, so be sure to keep an eye out for it. (Blue Tracker / Official Forums)

Invisible Guardian Bug

quasihawk found one of the most hardcore Rift Guardians out there. The invisible Cold Snap! Thankfully he had a very specific set of skills (aka sixth sense aiming), which make him a nightmare for that kind of guardian. Jokes aside, it's a very dangerous bug for those playing hardcore... imagine facing a Bloodmaw with that?! Ouch... Check the video below!
