Achievements, Item Affixes, Boss Info, Legendary Item Information, Set Items, and Monster Affixes
You probably noticed a lot of pictures of the official Diablo 3 guide all over the internet and the forums lately. We went through absolutely everything available to us and spent an awful lot of time transcribing every blurry picture out there to give you an awesome list of data.
However, the guide is huge and there is no way we could share it all. You really should pick up the strategy guide yourself to get all the amazing information that's inside. There is also a Limited Edition version that comes with a nice Diablo III bookmark as well as a digital version (not a .pdf) of the guide!
And now, it's time for a massive dose of fresh Diablo 3 data!
Diablo III - Achievements, Item Affixes, Boss Statistics, Legendary Item Information, Set Items, and Monster Affixes
We have been working for hours attempting to round up all the information out there. We had massive help from Overneathe, Doomscream, Daemaro, snowhammer, and Longview from mmoc. getting this information setup for you all. If you couldn't guess this information IS A SPOILER. We have achievements you may not have seen. We also have Boss statistics on each of the act bosses! You have been warned.
Seriously? If you really cared, you were have stopped coming here until the 15th, thats what some of my friends did....
Nothing important was to be seen.... unless you clicked the link. I don't care about spoilers I've seen it all, don't make excuses when mods are putting out good content for a lot of people.
It starts off about 2.5x health/damage from hell and goes up from there. Probably your gear is meant to ramp up that way as well.
Anyways:
Act 1 crawling torsos (from weeping hollow, you know those guys, they jump out of bushes and are annoying, right?)
Health in normal 1-3, damage 8 (~3x health in damage)
Health in Inferno: 8k-16k health, 14k damage
So, yeah, we've seen inferno mobs with millions of health but Act 1 starts out pretty tame (health/damage wise). So, sure you'll be farming it, but it doesn't sound totally undoable. Some of the mobs we've seen are "heavy hitters" - ie slow attacks that you are meant to avoid.
Your first 3 bosses in inferno (the spitter in new tristram, the dude under Adria's hut, and Haedrig's wife) all have very little health - ~1 million. Up to Jondar, he doesn't have a ton of it either. Sure, Skele king has a bazillion, but still you'll be farming a while before he's killable anyways.
However, looking at the normal first act boss. We all know who it is, but I won't say outside spoiler. It looks like an interesting fight. And it had exactly what I hoped for too.
Butcher - he's essentially the yeti from TOC10 or TOC25. If you know that fight, you know what I mean. With a little bit of the environment coming into play as well.
