yeah, act 4 is heaven (however, as others point out below, thats act 2 you're seeing)
(even more spoilers for proof)
Waypoint list, look at act 4 There is also the Act 4 load screen (old) (new), and datamined info "high heavens" ...ect

Am I the only one that noticed the scenery at around 2:08?
That's probably ACT II The prince Throne room.
Blizz showed a glimpse of it in one of their panels last blizzcon.

Yes, but act 4 is still what I said it was =)

I should have pointed out I was more focused on the fact that he was surprised that heaven was confirmed by that...and was pointing out it was confirmed awhile ago

Best part of the vid was knowing that there are huge freakin monsters that aren't bosses (at least that didn't seem like one with it reeling after a few attacks)

theres so much of this game that will catch us off guard. i feel like still after years and years we have only seen like 7 or 8% of the game.

I thought that it looked like the High Heavens at first. Mostly thinking that it we finally got the first glimpse of it. Then I noticed the tropical plants and realized that it was most likely Act 2, which I now have proof that it is. I guess I can't call myself a Diablo Fan if I mistook Act 2 for Act 4.

I think I should just hide under a rock until May 15th. I am dieing for this game and these videos don't help what so ever.

Nicely done spotlight. I still plan on going for Monk, but the Barbarian will be my second.
