Spike recently posted their contest to determine which game of 2012 will be at the top of gamers' wishlists. The Lord of Terror is pitted against giants Bioshock: Infinite, Halo 4, and Mass Effect 3, so Diablo III has some healthy competition.
User votes determine the winner of the contest, and while we know what we've been waiting for for over a decade, it's time to show the world that Diablo III will take the cake in 2012. So click, vote, and stay tuned for the winner!
I am worried about D3 among those games. I have no doubt D3 might even win, but Bioshock, Mass Effect and Halo have a couple of recently released games, with maybe a bigger fanbase atm than D3, cause it's "fresh" in people's head. And with D3 being released 4 years after it was announced, people might have lost interest...but not us!!

This the most anticipated game for many years ;p
I'm not sure if D3 even launch in 2012 so i dont want to see my role in giving blizz any awards for this year, this kind of awards is reserved for games which for sure launch in 2012 :/ D3 "when its done" and even blizz dont know when it will be ;p
they way they came out and confirmed q1 of 2012 is not something they would have done if it would not be in 2012... there does not need to be any more of this talk, IT WILL be in 2012...thats not an opinion =P
Diablo III for sure.
While I'm eagerly awaiting for Mass Effect 3, it doesn't have the lasting appeal of Diablo, which hooked me up for months upon months.
