New Class Skill Videos

It appears that a few skill videos, one for each class, have been leaked onto YouTube. Each video is similar to the Runestone Effects videos, where the class shows off some skills, except in this case we aren't checking out Runestone effects, we're checking out some skills that are shown off by each class! It seems as if Blizzard has some kind of skill-related announcement coming out soon, perhaps? The lack of audio is because they were likely ripped without it, so better quality videos may be coming in the near future directly from Blizzard. I was talking with Sixen how these could have been leaked... here's one theory I had:

Blizz probably was uploading them privately, but then because of maintenance on youtube, couldn't set them to private until maintenance was done and somebody ripped them during this time.

... I had this happen to me with a mapping tutorial.

The Wizard skill right at the end is so amazing looking. That and archon are ALMOST tempting me to make a wizard before my DH, but the DH skills were awesome too so DH still trumps it.

Then Demon Hunter we will go, go, GO!

To Denhi,
The 3rd Demon Hunter skill does look like the Elemental Arrow runed to give off cool lightning charges that looks like it's seeking out its targets.
I think the 4th Male Demon Hunter skill was Sentry though, where he makes a full 360° spin firing at far monsters at the same time releasing small bombs for the near ones.

What bought me though was when he activated the Shadow Power, then he fired those red hot rapid fire shots, like his holding an uzi, firing like crazy.

Activating the Shadow Power made him look like freaking Tyrael with black angel wings.
Most probably this Shadow Power gives additional damage or something.

If the 4th Female Demon Hunter skill was companion, it looks so powerful. You can blast away monsters around you.

Then. like the Wizard's Teleport Skill, the Demon Hunter's Vault skill leaves a trail of magma... guess this is what happened to that Molten Arrow skill before that disappeared from the Demon Hunter skill list.

Love the transformation skills.

Didnt really like the demon hunter before now, looks so much better with a bow, and that dark angel tranformation thingy...Damn! Barbarian going super saiyan, now thats the sht!!! (reminds me of the fake Dragonball AF image) and the Wizard, well just bloody legendary.

Hope the Monk and the WD get one too. Monk should change into some multi-armed Shiva thingy and the WD should definatly get possessed by some invincible spirit.

Then everyone can combine to make CAPTAIN PLANET!!! (...his our hero, gonna take pollution down to zero...) /jks

The least appealing was the monk, but I guess with sound and monsters its diffrent.

Makes me wanna test them all!

I think I'll tamper with a barb just to get the feel of the game then go demon hunter. I hope all classes have a effect like the barbarian, wizard, and demon hunter where they go into uber mode. Something tells me they might. If so I wanna see the monk one!

These videos are awesome. I was starting to worry I was going off the witch doctor there for a while but I now remember that he's a ghost-faced killah. Full-stop. Period.

From the Judgehype Press Event skill listing :

- Witch Doctor has Big Bad Voodoo, third-to-last skill gained
- Monk has Mystic Ally, second-to-last skill gained

Even though Mystic Ally sounds like a companion/familiar skill, it could also be the Monk letting one of his 1001 gods empower him. I can definitely see some Über-Mode-skills here

And I have to agree with the posters above that the Monk doesnt look too powerful. But if you think about it the Monk is a martial artist, so his skills arent as flashy as all the magic based skills. But even I dont get it why even the Barbarian, which should normaly be a pure melee fighter, has more "exploding" attacks than the monk, not that Im saying take them away, the Barbarian looks awesome right now, but they could have made the monk skills a little bit more intresting. Also the lack of mobs doesnt help... Exploding Palm without mobs that could explode is lame.

But yeah the good thing about the Monk looking less powerful is that I have less competition^^. First Char Monk yay!

As if! I'm making a Monk too. I'll admit...all these cool skills almost led me astray, but I stayed true. I mostly want a monk so I can feel like Goku :-P. I'm really hoping there is going to be a rune that turns Wave of Light into a kamehameha.
