Tenacious D at BlizzCon

Blizzard has just announced that the musical awesomeness of Tenacious D (Jack Black and Kyle Gass) will be doing the end-of-the-Con concert this year.

Although tickets to the convention are sold out, you can still catch all of the panels and events, including Tenacious D's performance, with BlizzCon Virtual Ticket. The Virtual Ticket multi-channel Internet stream allows viewers to switch between multiple channels of live HD coverage dedicated to different areas of the show.

Anyway, I think Tenacious D is OK. They make nice, and funny songs. Tbh a very good choice for a convention of this size. Sure Ozzy (and/or anything similar to him) is a legend and that's all cool, but Tenacious D's music is more "easy" to listen for the average guy.. if you get what I mean. Except of course for haters...

The D... they are actually really good. Their drummer is Dave Grohl, the same guy who did the drums for Nirvana and the Lead Guitar/Vocals for foo fighters. I am so bummed I am not going to Blizzcon!!

Dave Grohl doesn't drum live for Tenacious D. He's friends with the band.
