But, from a game feature side, it sounds like what you're actually asking for are game moderation options. Such as the ability for the game creator or game participants to kick, ban, squelch, etc. And maybe those are some possibilities, maybe, but they themselves could easily be turned around and used as griefing tools themselves.

I still don't see it? You can abuse it to kick someone for showing even the slightest disrespect, to be stronger than you, to kick someone halfway through the game, to kick them right when they get in.. you can use your imagination for more.
Point: You rule, you can do whatever you want to the other people if you don't want them in, even if your only purpose is to piss them off. Its even worse if that person is playing with friends.
Your point is that the person is going to end up alone. I have NO idea how that could happen. Unless Diablo 3 fails epicly, there will always be people to play with, and even if you spend your time kicking people and they all ignore you as a result, there will still be more that have no idea who the hell you are.
I'm sure this system could be abused as well, but it seems like it would do more good than harm to me.
That is obviously going to happen. So let's just drop the issue on the kick/ban feature.
Whatever small bit of power given to a mass of people, will always end up being used the wrong way.

The very announcement of this thread signifies that Blizzard has already found a way to eliminate nuisance from unfriendly players. No loot stealing, no exp reduction and passworded games. So I don't even know why this discussion is still alive.
