Yea, all this Diablo III information is starting to bore me! It's mostly all old news! I crave new news ( Especially an official release date, rather it's Pay to Play, and previews of the new characters and towns! )
Also, one of the interviews says September 2009. I don't believe it. It could be sooner, or it could be late, but I don't think blizzard said that. Or atleast prove it to me on their website.
PC is greater in every way
sure gaybox and ps3 had better hardware when they came out, but 8 core processors coming in q4 and the 100 series on the horizon, your MAC's that sit under your TVs will be holding people back (once again)
d3 on console == more anger by fans than the art direction has brought
but its bnet so no p2p, but I think d3 and sc2 will both be very soon so people are d3'd and sc2'd out by the time their next mmo comes out so they can hit 20mil subs this time
oh shi-
valve and blizzard are almost == on quality
I have faith in our friends down in cali
also, why didn't anyone point out the wildfires in cali as a clue that d3 was coming? Fire + bad actors == hell amirite?!?!??!?!
gaybox is a lil gayer (though gow is > resistance)
paying for online is never ok unless the game is ran off the companies server and NOT my computer/console/server
(btw im a playstation fanboy hardcore and a diablo fanboy hardcore so the 2 merging would probably give me some sort of massive heart attack stroke brain anurism combination)
the company has announced it will be releasing a new version of the hyper-popular action-Role Playing Game (RPG) in September, 2009.
- this cant be true considreing half way down the artical he states:
Gamers will be again following their characters (the original five classes are available, and as of now Blizzard has also revealed the "Witch Doctor")
- we all already know that ALL of the five classes will not be available or there wouldnt be a witch doctor becuase we also know that there infact will only be 5 classes.
- if he is making outragious statements like more than 5 classes then the rest of his artical must be false as well. This page was only written a day ago, all he really would have had to do is read alittle bit?
im so tired of this mis-information
WHEN IS THE GOD DAMN RELEASE DATE
well the necro is gone so...
I looked at these screenshots. The only one that I thought was a real improvement was the first photobucket link (http://i99.photobucket.com/albums/l318/frostwake/Diablo32.jpg). Everything else was too gray, or too dark to see anything.
Like this one:
http://img299.imageshack.us/img299/6065/howitshouldlooklikevx5.jpg.
I can barely even see anything in this one. How do I play a game where everything is a black blob in a black-gray-ish blob environment? I don't understand why one would think next-gen graphics should only be dark brown, dark gray, and loads of black, all with excessive film grain (like in one of those "improved" screenshots (http://img299.imageshack.us/img299/7807/itshouldrh5.jpg)? Please, I don't want my eyes to start hurting watching those sort of graphics.
Zombie Wall was all I needed to see in order to completely forget about the Necro.
I think that it's really, really soon to say that. If u enter the Official site, you can read the FAQs to se that it says that it's too soon. There is no foundation on that release date announcement.
Though I'd like to see a beta to play a little bit and stop this eagerness... of course, I won't be able to sleep until the game is released if I play a beta, demo or whatever.
and anyone who has played gmod realize how easy that is to do in a game
if blizzard thinks it best they will
but this game isn't coming out for a year so go troll about how WOTLK is so amazing now, aerial mounted combat might make me cancel my WAR order for wow again :-(
oh and roffle flamestride or w/e
I am not buying a keyboard and mouse that will go into a 40inch tv 8 feet away from it to a couch...
also console's "built in voice lolol so we can strat lololol, AND ACJHUIEVEINMENTS!"?
have you not played a game on PC before?
vent > ingame sound EVERYday
Some fans may be angry, but I bet you more Blizzard fans (who own consoles but not current PCs) would outnumber them. College students without nice computers but Xbox are a big market.
Also, go play games like GoW, Assassin's Creed, GTA4, CoD4... While most of them may be on the computer, they were initially designed for consoles and console controllers and play better. The Xbox is not even close to a piece of worthless hardware. The PS3 had the cheapest Blu Ray reader on the market for how many years? And the Wii, while I am not personally fond of it, has reached out to millions of older people and people who don't normally game and drawn them into the hobby.
The consoles are far from worthless, they better the industry. Furthermore, with the exception of perhaps WoW, console games sell way more than PC games do. If D3 is portable, then by all means, Blizzard should do it.
Honestly, it would not even effect the final outcome of the PC version if they did it, so angry fans would essentially just be angry fanbois.
PS: Told you D3 wasn't an MMO.
