As the 2008 Blizzard Entertainment Worldwide Invitational approaches, we are excited to announce that the Opening Ceremony (starting at 11:45, Central European Summer Time on Saturday, June 28th), the various tournaments, and the Closing Ceremony featuring Level 70 Elite Tauren Chieftain and Video Games Live concerts will be streamed live during the event on the official Worldwide Invitational website.
Visit our live stream page now to ensure you have all the necessary software installed on your computer.
If you can’t be there in person, don’t miss out on this chance to witness exciting tournament competition, live Blizzard-themed music, and more!
We will also be offering live coverage throughout the event, including news reports, articles, and live updates on the tournaments. Visit the website for more information!
This time slot has your focus pulled to the Tournament Stage. There is nothing going on, on the main stage. Yes, this could be so they can have time to get set up for the concert, but I feel it is also attention grabbing. It is forcing everyone to be watching the developer panel for a set amount of time before the concert.
Saturday is nothing like this, everyone is free to roam and do as they please, and watch what they want.
But on Sunday, from 17:00 - 18:00, something is going on on the Tournament stage, that everyone MUST watch.
This has to be when they will announce whatever it is they are announcing.
The site is down for maintenance.
We'll be back soon.
Then we see a gnome sitting in a machine with a claw that looks awfully similar to Diablo's and the Penguin one. There's also a hidden image in the CSS file, http://eu.blizzard.com/scv.jpg. There's also the .999 = 1 comment in there.
What the heck is the camera man doing in the WWI stream? They are showing VIDEOs on the TV but the camera man is just taking the video of the guy who is speaking.
No No I mean the teaser time is wrong. Its one hour early. Project Prodigy's time is 100% right for the last few teasers
Go to the WWI stream page:
