There will be one. For Bliz to take ownership of this domain just in time for the two conventions only tells me one thing. An announcement is to made (meaning new game) and the blizzcon will show us some previews, maybe testing, beta keys and all of that for the announced game. Just like SC2

Ok that is one person out of this entire website who thinks that there is no announcement of diablo III, anyone else? If there was no d3 announcement, then why would bliz be too concerned about grabbing all the diablo 3 related domains, why would they continue to include diablo in all newsletter statements, why? Such negativity...your wasting your time here, no one will listen to you, especially here.

now D3 seems even more tangible to me. WWI has been used to announce games and the blizzcons have been used to show off the new games. bring on june 29th!

Blizzard might as well announce the game now it's obvious its coming.

Aww everyone can have their own opinions. Lots of people are just coming here hoping for some definitive evidence. Myself, I certainly hope it's coming, and I love to take part in the speculation, but I am by no means as convinced as you seem to be. The hype is fun to be a part of, but lots of people are holding out for concrete facts.

And, your own sentence contradicts itself- if the announcement was indeed short, they'd obviously be able to squeeze it in to their schedule.

I don't see why I need to give you credit for that, that wasn't what my post is about. I was puting them on an equal level in my post. And that has actually been regurgitated numerous times in the forums, in regards to the chances of it being a MMO as opposed to the DI-DII pattern of interaction style. This is nothing like the last blizzcon in august. All of the hype was generally created by us. Now, all the hype is being created by blizzard. The rumors now are becoming more than rumors. We can draw some strong inferences from the new news.

Last blizzcon most of us we're very skeptical, because a diablo announcement simply didnt fit. It was unlikely for blizzard to steal any of starcraft 2's thunder with an announcement, and it would of been too early for a D3 announcement anyway. Blizzard figured they could at least keep us content with starcraft 2.

Also, all of us were giving the d3 announcement at last blizzcon at best a 50% chance. Now i think we would give it at about a 85-95% chance of happening (at WWI)

I live in south jersey and am a flyers fan. However, the pens are just way too good. Malkin is simply ridiculous and with Timonen and Corburn down we are done.
