I would like to take this time to remind everyone that Diablo3.com has its very own IRC channel on the irc.gamesurge.net network. The channel is #diablo3 . It would be a good idea to drop by and learn how to get to the channel in case the web site ever goes down... like... if... 200 gaming web sites suddenly linked to diablo3.com and 200 thousand visitors made our servers crash.
Not to be a prick but since it's already been stated to death that the countdown isn't for an official or even unofficial announcement of Diablo 3, I find it really hard to buy that the servers are gonna go down. An official announcement of Tacocraft might do it though.
I can't connect to it using the mIRC program thing. Obviously I'm doing something wrong lol. When I try and connect to the said server, it can't connect. Where exactly do I put in the server name and where do I put in the channel name?
i hope some kind soul who is in the chat room at the time will post the story on Digg so I can view the story if the site does explode from the madness!
It will be much appreciated
Check on Zelaron.com i'll have it copied/pasted over for sure and will be watching it like a hawk, just in case these servers DO go down..
