No, 12am is 12am. It goes from 12:59 to 1:00 for 12 hour clocks. 24 hour goes from 24 to 0.

I was double checking every few minutes. Maintenance is already over. Took about an hour or so.

Nope, the time marked on each post still doesn't update itself to your individual set time.
