But seriously, most of the time if you are addicted to something and even if you know it, you can't help it. Even if you want to. And it affects a lot of other things in your life as well. So it's best not to get into the habit. Resisting is not as hard as people tend to make it. Really. Even small things like smoking. Most of my friends smoke and they used to force me to join but i never did. And eventually they stopped forcing me. I used to force them to stop smoking but they never did so i stopped forcing them. We are all living our lives the way we chose to.

But as for Amy Winehouse, was she any different than the other drug addicts who die everyday? They all had friends and family but we ain't mourning for them. I'm really surprised there was this long a discussion over her death. (It was basically over drug-addiction or why someone said she deserved to die but still.)

No one deserves to die, true, but i think only a few deserve to be mourned over by strangers and she certainly wasn't one of them. If she had focused on her work and did something truly memorable, i might have remembered her for a long time but did she? It was sad yes, that she died, but as i said before it wasn't tragic. She brought that upon herself even if she didn't want to. But clearly she was aware of what could happen to her and she didn't try her hardest to resist. Several people have resisted and are living their lives happily. She could have done that.

And as for thinking about her family and friends, she should have done that herself before she crossed the line.

She left nothing to the world and i doubt she did anything to her family or friends either. So I'm sure not a lot of people will be sobbing over her for too long. A person died and as is the custom we bowed in the name of humanity. It isn't worth any more than that.

R.I.P. I feel bad when anyone dies. Seriously. But at least it wasn't anyone else's fault.

The thing is that i swore to keep the quotes in my Sig. So now if i don't include them in the pic I'll have to write them separately and it will result in a very big mess. And Caniroth couldn't have done better with the details that i gave him.

Any ideas for a better Sig are welcome from my side.

Yup i saw Atru when i last came back. And honestly i think this site was a lot more 'alive' back then than it is now. The interactions were much more and so was the entertainment. Now you have to wait hours to see any new post update. But that's just my point of view. Or maybe that's because of my time-zone.

Lol, yeah Stormy, i miss those exact same guys too. But i thought Atru was still here. And seriously, what still amazes me is why people got banned. Like Chaos and fbim (mike). Chaos was a nice guy on the inside that i can say.

I do remember a lot of people wanting to throw me out of the forums as well. But i guess the guys in charge were better than that. Or maybe they never got around to doing it. But whatever, I'm grateful.

I still go back and read a lot of old threads over and over. Gets me a good number of laughs when i want them.
