There is an easier way to calculate CDR. If you have 10% CDR just multiply 1 by .9. So if you have a 10% and an 8% you would get: 1 * .9 * .92 which is0.828 so you have 82.8% of your CD or 17.2% CDR.

I'd say my build is pretty good for FotH heaven's tempest build. You can change a few things around depending on your gear.

Dissent is good. Blizzard might be making a mistake with the demon hunter change and that is the only way to tell them.

The only immediate thing I can see is that you are using Blessed Hammer. Fist of the Heavens stacks fire starter a lot better which will give you more dps and thus more survivability because you are killing mobs faster.

You also might want to switch to iron skin or laws of justice instead of laws of valor for more survivability.

You also should try to shoot for more CDR to get ~100% uptime on akarat's champion. That will help you a ton.

Thanks for doing the math though. It never came to mind. I was just stating from personal experience as I've always found vitality to add more toughness than % life.

I'm pretty sure vitality usually gives more life than % life which means if you are rerolling out of health then % life would be the better option. The defender of westmarch is the better shield here especially when you aren't stuck with what you can reroll.

Sometimes when I create a new post some spaces will be omitted which causes some words to become merged. this is pretty frustrating when this happens as it requires me to edit my post after posting. Is there anything that can be done about this?

I'd say T1 and maybe T2 would probably be the best until you get a bit more gear. After you have strengthened your damage and toughness then I'd move onto higher torments.

I would recommend a fire crusader build as it is pretty solid. You can also try a holy shotgun build. (I'm a bit biased because I like the fire build a lot)

They increased legendary set drops from all sources, but they haven't decreased drop rates. You must've just been unlucky.

I have always disliked how people kept going after the RG was dead (after awhile I have found myself doing it). I wanted to maximize my blood shard acquisition, but it might be better to keep going depending on the concentration of elites/the layout of the rift. Although you can't know that. It might also be to maximize rift keystone fragment use.

A lot of people do this in public games so it might be better to form a community of good civil people working towards the same goals instead of having someone who doesn't want to clear after completing clearing.

Is this on US, EU, or Asia?

That is probably a result of the difficulty change. You didn't kill them on torment, you killed them on inferno or whatever.

I currently have the gloves and boots of Akkhan and I'm just wondering what I should gamble next.

I was thinking maybe gambling for the chest because keeping my set bonuses would probably be the best course of action. I also think I want to keep captain crimson's set for the CDR just to make sure I have enough CDR to have nearly 100% uptime when I do get the 6 set.

There is diminishing returns for any amount of CDR as it is multiplicative not additive. You must be adding it up and not multiplying it together. Be mindful though as some CDR effects are weird like a crusader's fervor passive which only gives 14.99% rather than 15% CDR which will impact you calculations ever so slightly.
