They would have more time to do this if people would stop using in game mechanics to afk lvl and farm loot.Quote from Sufferr

I quit playing because of seasons, got tired of gearing up another toon, for the most part with the same gear as my NS toons. Got old for me. If I play now, its always NS, where my best gear and loots are at.
If anything, season is horrible for randoms. Always a ton of people with garbage gear and low paragons leeching.

I think cindercoat will be a must. More DS means more damage with use of less spirit. Group play with rainment chest could open up combo possibilites, but i doubt it will be anything other than a filler until people get cindercoat.
Way of a hundred fists imo is best.
2H weapons will still be better than 1H for this build.

The best part about this set is that it gives you options for neky, belt and rings. A cindercoat I think will be a must for solo, but with a group build you could use rain chest and open up other options as well.
Stack elite damage with blockthorns neky, belt and SoJ
Use a witching hour for straight damage
String of ears for GR damage reduction
Goldwrap with boon for farming
Its really good. Really, really good.

Updated with new gear. Its been a pain getting used to no cindercoat, but the toughness from the magefists was worth it. I can do 33-35 now without getting one shot by elites most of the time now.
Is it better to go SoJ and lose unity? Or should I wait until I can get a Furnace to add the extra elite damage? I would have to go full six piece to lose the RORG,which seems kind of pointless without the extra +EDP from a furnace. I also cant see going 35+ without a unity.

Oops.

I am guessing that it is a lack of overall damage (aka Furnace vs my Serpent Sparker) combined with having to use my enchantress follower and not the paladin since I have yet to get the right token that wont let him die but have it for my enchantress.

2: +500 int
They could raise the int, but 500 is a nice boost and if the other two bonuses are right there is no real NEED to raise this.
4: You are immune to all fire damage. Fire damage also replenishes your health for 75% of the damage you would have taken.
This could be changed to replenish man as well, but wizards have an issue with being squishy, especially with bad rolls on gear. This would allow you to swap out deflection or prismatic armor if you so desired and still have some way to heal. For a change, standing in the fire would be a good thing!
6: Enemies killed by fire damage explode, doing 50% of their life as damage to all enemies wthin 10 yards. Enemies not killed by the explosion are set on fire and burn for 200% weapon damage over 5 seconds.
To overcome the major elemental damage loss that would come from haveing a 5 piece set (with RORG) the 6 set bonus needs to be rather impressive. Basically its a wizard version of exploding palm. Combine it with black hole or a pull monk and its gg.
Thoughts? Ideads? Have fun!

So I am looking for a base build and gear options from mages who have specialized around this rare drop.
Thanks!
