Wanted to share my build for season 4 patch 2.3. Tals6 and Delseres4 combo. Great AoE damage that you can spread everywhere and move quickly. Best of all, it isn't Hydra or Meteor shower!
Completed GR59 on the nonseason with this build, 3 levels higher than the rank 2 spot.
