Without a weapon, you have no min-max hit damage. Your damage is basically your bare fists and other DPS modifiers. When you throw on min-max damage (jewelry, weapons, off-hands), that damage is amplified by your DPS modifiers. It's also the reason why throwing a Hellfire Ring with min-max damage onto low level characters skyrockets their DPS far more than generic CHC/CHD stats.

in maelstorm change the sentry to ice and use bane of the trapped so you wont need iceblink gem
second frostburn wasting accessory slot for frost burn is waste use unity instead for damage mitigation depends on the gr of course
the skill smoke screen i recommend using displacement for two reasons one running the gr faster second getting out of really bad situations of affixes
multishot build as i remember its pretty bad build due to sentries cast range you have to replace all of them all the time to keep up the dps and in cluster arrow its not needed because its not range depended and the damage burst is way more massive
this is my tips on the build i used to love it and it worked great as i recall

@henno of course you can run it on t6... that doesnt mean the outcome will be the same as just losing 1 item instead of 4 for the same outcome... so yeah compared to rheno flyer i find this items worthless in the meanwhile
and lets not forget if you fight big packs that demolish fetish army fast enough by 1 shotting them specialy on t6 you will need to wait for cd to recast fetish instead of just auto attack which will summon the fetish army faster the only advantage i see here for smk is the recast of bbv other than that rheno wins

remove your shoulders and craft ashera gloves + shoulders since there is no need for special legendery gloves or shoulders
and ashera is insanely easy to farm you can craft alot of them till you roll what you need
and as ballon said keep crafting items over and over till they roll nicely but i would recoomend first to get all your emelards to 220 and instead of 2x eme in pants put diamonds it will boost your toughness insanely which monk is lacking badly
if you trying to stack cooldown as i see reroll your helm spirit generation to socket and put diamond if you give us explanation about the build you are trying to do it will be easier to tell you what stats you need

gambale neckalces ASAP you dont need that damage thingy +500-600 dex will add more dmg than that and look for odyn son its actualy better than thunderfury since its adding lightning dmg and the proc it self not like thunderfury is more effective on single target since it hits more than thunderfury in single target
change your passive combination strike to unity even when you are solo and using an follower it gives you 10% dmg and your follower gains 5% dmg
and other than that just keep gambaling boots and gloves till you get your set parts
other than that awsome job on rolling so much lightning resistance pretty sick

well the rules i had are pretty basic but its all it needed
1)No leechers every that joins a party must in some point open, no joining and leaving without opening a rift once!
2) every legendery you find that aint needed for your self post in the party so you can share it do not salvage until its confirmed that no one needs it
