It is important that Blizzard makes sure that the hit points to damage ratio is reasonable. One problem about Diablo2's dueling is that our damage is normally incredibly high, and our hit points are only a fraction of our damage. So, we might have around 1000 hit points (even less if you are not using melee heroes), and our damage would be around 1500-2000, and whoever gets the first hit dies.

I remember when I was using a paladin, and my friend was using the amazon, with his damage higher than my life, despite the fact that both of us were level 90+, how could my paladin ever hope to kill his amazon? My damage was also higher than his life, but with his guided arrow and multiple shot, he can kill me even before seeing me on screen.....now that has to change

'>what does any of this mean?

It is something about license or copyright. If you didn't know, Blizzard just renewed thier license for the name 'Diablo' last December which has supposedly expired. This means Blizzard is definitely planning something, or not why would they even need the name for?

Correct me if I am wrong

The patent for Diablo II:Salvation was filed during 2002. What is Diablo II:Salvation anyway? If it was the original Diablo II or even LOD, then isn't the date wrong? since Diablo II came out in 2000 and LOD in 2001.

Unless the they needed to renew it......
