Locked. RIP Trials. You will not be missed.

Normally I wouldn't put your personal business out there like this, but it's nothing that you yourself haven't done already. You chose to use an illicit 3rd party proxy service, one of the easiest 3rd party services to get caught using, and they took action.
Again, we are not affiliated with Blizzard Entertainment in any way whatsoever, so continuously using our fansite to vent your frustration with their company isn't going to amount to anything but trouble. We simply will not tolerate continued efforts on your part to blame them for your own mistake.
Please stop this line of behavior at once and have some respect for the players who didn't knowingly violate the EULA stipulated in plain wording when you agreed to their terms of use.

LoL told you it'd be wrong :p, I was calculating on one hand while eating Peri Peri chicken with the other... Guess which one had more of my attention :p.
But the profile is there, the numbers are in my post, someone who knows what they're doing and ISN'T eating chicken can run the numbers properly.
Eating Chicken > Proper Numbers Stuff, just ask Leeroy Jenkins

skilled developers
let's change 1% to 2% and 300% to 100% and in process let's break the code totally facepalm.jpg

Thank you for reporting this. We are working on a fix that should bring the damage bonus to Spirit Generators from Shenlong's Spirit to its correct value.

If time matters, then saying 14k / 14M / 14B is faster.
Just deal with it.

I have already posted most of this as a comment on this Reddit thread, but since the video is up now and I found out some more things since then, I decided to start a new one, and maybe spur some more discussion about these findings.
[Bane of the Stricken Testing + Mechanics]
Bane of the Stricken
Primary: Each attack you make against an enemy increases the damage it takes from your attacks by (1 + (0.1 x rank))%.
Secondary: Gain 25% increased damage against Rift Guardians and bosses.
Summary
Comparing it to Bane of the Trapped makes their difference in strength strikingly apparent: At rank 80, BotT will add a 39% damage multiplier, which is why it's the most commonly used dps gem for high end content. With a rank 80 BotS (9% per attack) you will need 4.5 attacks to reach the same, which you can do at a rate of (presumably) 3 attacks per second. With some optimization, it will be possible to reach the same effect as a Bane of the Trapped after only 1.5-2 seconds fighting, effectively adding more and more damage for free after that.
Even if we assume this gem was additive to Damage Increased By Skills (which I mistakenly did in the beginning) and compare it (rank 80) to Taeguk (rank 80), we can see just how strong it is: With no further DIBS involved (which is unlikely enough already), Taeguk will be a 50% boost, so you'll need 5.5 attacks to get the same value, which is more or less 2 seconds. After breaking even at ~3-3.5 seconds, it's the same infinite damage again, and you don't even need to look at your buff bar to not drop the Taeguk.
Obviously, these two scenarios are single target comparisons, while high GR builds usually rely on heavy AoE spells. Nevertheless, due to the nature of the gem and the long fights at high tiers, it will stack up rather quickly even on multiple targets and will effectively make elite and RG fights much shorter (which is what usually takes away a lot of time in a GR). Taking the numbers from above and assuming uniform stacking on every enemy, it should break even with the Bane of the Trapped after approximately 2.5-3 seconds per target. Even with 5 targets, that's only 12.5-15 seconds, probably quicker because the fights will have to be set up first (pulling, F&R procs, debuffs etc.), not even considering the secondary effect for the RG.
In my opinion, it should be capped at a maximum of 10 stacks, which would still probably make it the go-to choice for basically any dps build in high end GRs already, but would contain the damage bonus in a somewhat balanced value. Since only the first target hit will get a stack, it could just ignore those fully-stacked targets after the cap, and instead go for the next one. The ICD is good, no cap is bad. It's not Furnace-1.0-bad, but it's heading into the same direction. Infinitely stacking damage is overpowered no matter what, especially considering it's multiplicative. Not only will it take away any choice in gemming (since this one might become even more mandatory than Bane of the Trapped), it will also throw season vs. nonseason completely out of balance. Blizzard, fix this please. Other than that, I think it's a pretty cool addition to the game and I'm excited to build my character and playstyle (especially positioning and targeting) around this gem.

While I found this post visually stunning, the content is lacking. OP, are you Michael Bay?

Exactly what I was thinking.
1
A: They'd probably already be in the game by now, if they were going to add them,
B: Not sure what other gems there are to add... we've got a pet one, a poison one, a frost one, a physical one and even a generator one.
Can't really think of any build that the Necro has, which would require a gem we don't already have.

Well, after seeing the sets, I was right... The Meleemancer set is the way to go for me.
I'm thinking a Generator build could actually work well.
LClick: Grim Scythe (Dual Scythes) Assuming this hits twice for 150% each, seems the best damage rune for a generator build. If not I'll probably use Blood Scythe for the healing.
RClick: Bone Armour (Vengeful Armaments) 200% increased damage, yes please!
1: Frailty (Volatile Death) Explode ALL THE THINGS.
2: Leech (Transmittable) This should mean you only need to cast the curse once, then murdering that target will spread it to everyone that's been gathered by Dual Scythe.
3: Command Golem (Bone Golem) AoE Stun that deals 2000% weapon damage over the duration? Who could say no to that!
4: Blood Rush (Transfusion) Any melee build will need a movement ability. One that heals on use is just a bonus.
P1: Stand Alone. Even with my Golem, that's still a 90% increase to armour.
P2: Swift Harvesting. 15% ASp for Scythe is always good.
P3: Eternal Torment. Perma Curses and they're cheaper.
P4: Reaping. 1% Health and Essence on kill, not great but eh... The passive selection isn't amazing for MeleeMancer.
Then I'll use the full Bone Armour set, Simplicity's Strength, Depth Diggers and fingers crossed they'll release a few legendaries that will work well with that build. Maybe something to buff the damage on Grim Scythe.
Had a Thought:
Replace Grim Scythe: Twin Scythe with Grim Scythe Frost Scythe, replace Bone Golem with Frost Golem, then equip Frostburn and Rimeheart. go for an AsP heavy build and try to get the most procs from Rimeheart, assuming the whirlwind can proc it?

tbh, the best (And simplest) idea I had to make Primal Ancients work is this:
When a primal Ancient drops, the stats on the item are decided... And then set to their maximum amounts.
Basically, EVERY Primal Ancient that dropped would be perfectly rolled, the only RNG in it would be the stats that rolled on your item (and yes, re-rolling stats at the enchanter would all roll max as well. The item ranges on the equipment would ONLY be he max amount).
Basically, it's an RNG way to get rid of RNG... Instead of adding another layer to it.
So rather than hoping a legendary drops, hoping that legendary is a Primal Ancient and THEN hoping it rolled well, as soon as you see it's a Primal you'll KNOW it's a good drop.
The drop rate would of course have to be pretty small, to stop people getting perfect gear within a week or something, but I think it would be a viable way to make Primal's an upgrade without getting too heavy on RNG or Powercreep. They're not stronger Ancients, they're just... Perfect ancients.
EDIT: I F***ING CALLED IT! Blizz just totally stole my idea Primal Ancients are now perfectly rolled.

For sure. I play casually now, but I'll be back to pushing hard once Melee DH is a viable build.

Tbh I think they need to INCREASE the drop rate on Rama's two seasons now and I've had three drop IN TOTAL.
Also, they to let Gifts work on jewelery as well as weapons. IMO a ring/neck with no sockets is actual garbage, whereas a weapon with no socket can still be vaguely useful, if it's a well rolled weapon.

Yup, because of the Season Journeys

I also heard Onyxia deep breaths more since 2.3
RNGesus is a cruel and wrathful god. Kill many monsters in his name and he will award you with the treasure you so desire.

I would praise Blizz as my lord and saviour if it was a vendor with HIGH cost crafting mats, up to and including DB's FS's etc and Ramaladni's Gifts, in addition to maybe a similar item that adds sockets to Jewelery.

But I could be wrong, I've never really looked into the mechanics.
