P.S. The difference between Windowed ( Fullscreen ) and Fullscreen is that in Fullscreen you can calibrate your gamma whereas in Windowed ( Fullscreen ) the game forces a default setting. Most players would not concern themselves with such minor details but for my application it is relevant.
Hello everyone my name is Siqbyte. I am conducting a poll to gather data for a desktop application I am developing. In the first iteration of the tool I will implement the most commonly used display settings. If you could please select the options that best describe your Diablo III display and resolution settings I would greatly appreciate it. Also, if you selected 'other' for resolution could you reply in a post with your resolution?
Questions (1) At what resolution do you play Diablo III?
(2) Do you play in Fullscreen, Windowed, or Windowed Fullscreen mode?
How to check your display settings / video resolution :
To check your current resolution you can press Game Menu ( esc ) , select Options and by default the first Option selected is Video. On the video tab under 'Screen' there is a box labeled Display which tells you whether or not you are in Fullscreen, Windowed or Windowed Fullscreen mode. Directly below that is another box labeled Resolution ( it's the second available drop-down box ), this tells you the current resolution you are playing at.
