I also had to scale down from torment 1 to master and then expert after a boss nearly killed me. i have dinged 70 but without full 70 gear for the resist and health i doubt i will enter t1 again until thats done.
I find leveling very different and its not the 100% or 50% xp boost, but the difficulty changes. Before you would 1-40 in normal 40-50 nm 50-60 hell then inferno (much like how d2 scaled), now i find the more you increase your difficulty the lower the level you will be when you reach 60. I do see friends leveling finishing everything far before 60 but they skip alot of things and rush threw.
Now that there is adventure mode and the new difficulty settings i find it a joy to level (compared to before) and its much easyer feels more rewarding and plays out much more fun in the long run.
I don't like to often assume but I think it goes without saying that level 70 mobs will have considerably more XP given per kill than level 60 and thus youll gain XP towards Paragon faster.
i think monsters scale to your level, no matter what level you are wherever you are. although there may be areas at level 70 with higher mob density
I can do mp10, but my problem is still getting 1 hit time to time, i believe leveling my paragon should boost my vit, but mp8 is so much quicker. I dont think dps is a big issue for mp10, its all taking the hits.. to me atleast.
Im conflicted with spec/weapons, i love to use 2x 1handed weapons, conflicted on which to use, but i love the spec with the bell, i leveled with it and find it fun.
LoH and LpS is just meh for higher mp´s. Your hp is freaking low and thats why you get down kinda fast vs. alot of affix combos. You simply lack ehp and enough lifesustain to survive on mp10. It seems you spend some gold on your current set(assume it bcuz of the 5% cc mempo). A few hints regarding upgrading your set:
- Get rid of those lacunis asap and craft bracers. A good craft offers way more ehp and the same or even higher dps then most lacunis hands down(no res but high dex 6% cc lacunis still giving more dps then rares but thats another story)
- Replace the shity hf ring with a good rare ring. With a ruby in the helm you dont need a hf ring when leveling at least on mp8.
- Get a better witching hour. The dex count on yours isnt bad but it lacks some ehp stats like res and/or vitality / %life.
If you wanne stick with a bell spec then you have 3 viable options for your weapon slot(s):
- High DPS skorn with lifesteal and using FoT/Quickening and WothF/Blazing Fist rune for better spi regen to maintain a high uptime of spamming bells.
- Rare mainhand(prefer speare or mace for the higher dmg range with high dps and at least ccd, os and +2,5% ls) and EF(open socket+ccd) as offhand. With decent ehp/dps single ls is mostly enoug. I still recommand havin a 2nd ls weapon for some nasty affix combos.
- Rare main- and offhand since the fear proc off of ef tends to be annoying. Using a bell spec its not that big deal since bells havin a quite low coeff to trigger the fear. I still would try getting an ef with less then 12% chance to fear. How ever a good combo of rare weapons isnt that far behind compared to an rare/ef setup.
Oh and you might think about changing your spec. Some of your choises are kinda weird tbh. Not sure how much you spend for your entire set but i have the feeling an experienced monk proberly ended up with higher ehp and edps.

About my skills, its been awhile since i played and iv been trying all kinds of skills just seeing how they react, i dont know how often the armory even updates.

great dps, good health. what are your thoughts on vile wards? How do you find the WKL(fist weapon) does the lighting bonus really show? 300k is great dps, and your built to stack damage increase procs im curious at the numbers you must hit for.
