you could ditch the storm armor unles you're using scramble. shocking aspect does not proc well with archon since archon attacks have low proc rate
for gears, judging from your dprog, you need more all resist/vit/attack speed (2 minimum imo), cc (need 50 unbuffed), and more cd
archons can either go zuni route (zuni armor/boots/ring) or tal route (tal armor/zuni boots and ring), with your budget and current gears and having low ehp, tal route will be bad
triumvirate would be better with vit. have you tried crafting int shoulders?
i'd get all resist from helm/shoulder/bracer/boots/gloves.
can get double int/vit on your witching hour, either 8/45+ or 9/45+
you could try your luck with shoulder crafting but then again your vile ward is good in armor and vit/allresist though a shoulder craft gives higher int, just takes a while to get a good one.
your armor inna pants could be changed for an int/vit one if you want more vit/dps.
trium can be better but then again the market is a funny right now for those. a double int/vit with 665 at 8.5 cc would be swell
