What about WotB/Archon with this definition of exploitation? Blizzard already said that those two specials are not working as intended. Barbs and Wizards use these specials intentionally and repeatedly. Do they have to fear getting banned for playing the game?

And secondly, a good step to not get bugs like Pet EXP going live: start reading forums! This move should be very obvious to Blizzard.

Not the same, I'm not sure what the WD exploit is, nor do I care to look up what it is, but I can tell you it is not the same as WotB/archon. Describing it as such sounds to me like you are trying to defend the use of the exploit which sounds like you probably are one who uses it... but we won't go there.

WotB/Archon are not exploits, people who use them are not exploiting. They are using the skills the way they were designed. The problem with those abilities is that Blizzard did not intend for them to be so effective. They probably didn't foresee the ability being up near 100% of the time, they probably assumed that they would maybe last twice as long instead of being up all the time. That is not an exploit, that is just an oversight of the dev team.

So please try understanding the difference between clever use of game mechanics and exploits before you start comparing things or trying to defend something.
