There is a technique you can use to join the different servers out there, like the brazilian, the US servers and the ANZ servers. In order to join the US servers like OP is asking for, you have to do the following: first, make sure your D3 game client is closed. Now, go to the Battle.net Desktop App, select Settings, then Game Settings ("Configurações do jogo" in portuguese), browse the page until you find Diablo III: Reaper of Souls and check the box where it says Additional command line arguments. There should appear a line below it, insert this text in this line that showed up:

OnlineService.Matchmaking.ServerPool=Default

Save these configurations and open the D3 game client again. You should now be connected to the US server, ignoring our brazilian server, allowing you to queue for US games again, but you will be back to the 200-250ms ping, if you don't mind that. If you want to get back to the brazilian server, just uncheck that same box on Battle.net App and you should connect again to the brazilian server. I would recommend saving that text I pointed above, because when you uncheck that box on the app, it will not be saved there when you check it again.

This is the technique I've been using to switch between brazilian and US server as necessary, hope it helps you too.

@Toby: Thanks for the reports, folks! We're looking into the issue where players cannot see the "Beta: Reaper of Souls" option when in the Battle.net desktop app (and after successfully creating a PTR account).

I Don't think I can get any higher with hota, the damage output is just too low, regardless of what map I fish for.

*ignore last part, ik6 has since been buffed from 100% to 250%

Fury Of the Ancients shoulders are pretty solid, though pets melt pretty in high density. Molten wrecks them hard.

WW set still top dog, SS and hota can keep up now with 250% dmg buff incoming 2.4 2.3

Reflect is the new jailer. It does more damage but is 'only' on one target at a time. However, successful grift clears are predicated on AoE damage, which hits everything. So RD is a LOT worse now. I've tested Fire UE DH and Archon Wiz pretty extensively on PTR so far, and both absolutely have to skip RD altogether. Easier for Archon Wiz. DH can sometimes waste time just popping SS and doing damage while it's up, but that's pretty much it. RD is busted. Looks like Stricken gem is being nerfed, but RD and Conduit need to be scaled down, and grifts in general need another tuning pass on the scaling. Actually they might be OK the way they are if they just nerf conduit. You won't be seeing the high clears you do now, even with the cube. As it stands though, currently conduit gives you 20-25% progress in a moderate rift on trash mobs and even elites. You won't use it on RG, but RG is super easy now anyway.

Hey guys, today I want to go over and showcase the mechanics of the 'new' Bastions of Will - Focus & Restraint rings coming in patch 2.2. This should be a retroactive change since they're set (green) items, but the tooltip is a bit confusing. The set provides a 50% damage bonus as a separate damage multiplier - not reflected anywhere - to both your generator and spender. However, you have to attack with your generator to get the spender buff and vice versa. Enjoy & discuss!
