I think both auction houses should remain but changed. I played D2 and finding trades and spending time making games "iso" "ft" was a pain. I think The ah should be changed to send the seller pm so that a price can be negotiated from the listing price and possibly sold privately. Second, gold shouldn't be used as a form of currency since bots can practically create gold from nothing, saturating the market and decreasing the value of gold as we already see.

Agreed. I am also impressed the trolling and spam was kept minimal and that the discussion was used to address the questions about the future of itemization and the concerns of the community surrounding this topic. I read all 26 pages and voted on a lot of the questions I found core to the problem of Diablo 3's itemization. Shout out to sibcoe and redteamgaming on youtube. If anyone wants to listen to a well composed critical analysis of Diablo 3 and its problems, check this guy out!

interesting Idea, thumbs up! Maybe you could incorporate bonus exp and gold find to truly replace nv. Also your art work is amazing, I almost believed this was a blue post on a patch preview.
