    Would be nice if you could make a little bit longer video , with explanation and show gear and skills.

    It is looking like a nice build but you showing your Attack Speed the entire video , blocking all the action aswell , made it hard to understand what was going on.

    Would love a full video :).

MrMonstrosity, who was part of the original stream with the developers, can attest to this. That's why you don't see some more elaborate powers listed as the picks. Your suggestion in particular, while it is really cool, stomps all over the art limitations.
    I understand Jaetch , I know my idea was not easy to implement , I am not saying they should have implemented it either.
    But I think for a special legendary that is voted by the community and named as a community item , maybe alittle more devotion should be given to it ? even if it costs alittle bit more and requires alittle bit more work , it is a special one time thing they are doing.

    I also still believe better ideas were sent to them and they went with horrible choices.
    Like others discussed , most of the effects that we are given to vote on are already on other legendary items(ex: Charm on Enchantress and on a Staff).

    I know even if I think that my idea is amazing(everybody thinks their ideas are amazing) , it can still be hard to implement or too complicated for a legendary , but I am sure that I sent better idea than what is currently on the vote and I am 100% sure that many others sent even better ideas than mine and whatever is currently on Vote for the Community Weapon is just meh. Post your ideas here if you think they are better and you sent them to blizzard. Mine : Lore :
    The Sword was made from the Shards that were Shattered from the Soul Stone on the Forge in D2 and they contain parts of Mephisto's Soul.

    Audio :
    The Sword has Mephisto's soul and it is always trying to corrupt your soul by whispering to you (Quotes from D2's Mephisto sounds? )
    If audio is too hard to implement now because of funds and whatnot , maybe the sword just gives you emotes with those lines ?
    (Yes Yes , Ashbringer , but how many even got the corrupted AshBringer ? Cool Idea me thinks).

    Visually :
    (10 Stages of Shatter)
    The sword has an ever changing appearance from Full Sword to Shattered , it keeps getting shattered the more you fight and it gets rebuilt when you pick up healthglobes , it feeds on the Blood and Hatred of your enemies to get rebuilt.
    If visual effects are out of the question because of the 10 stages of shatter or whatever , maybe just make 3 stages , one is full , one is half way and the last is fully shattered or just one full and one without the blade on the sword just with the hilt to indicate that your sword is shattered.

    Gameplay :
    When the sword is in full form your Elemental attacks get buffed (Frost , Lightning and Poison) , as the sword shatters those attacks get more powerful until it is full shattered that's when those Elements damage get stop getting buffed or nerfed until you get your sword into Full form again , when the sword is shattered different type of attacks get buffed (Arcane , Physical and Fire).

    to make sure that the people who use this sword are always moving between the sword phases make the buff significant so that people will actually want it.
    Maybe also have Life on Hit and Health Globe bonus tied to the rate of shattering and rebuilding of the sword.
    The more LoH you have the longer it takes for the sword to shatter and the same idea for when it is shattered with Health Globes bonus the more you have the longer it takes to rebuild , I didn't want to use LpS because it seems that people in the beta are using it more than LoH and that might turn people away from the sword if they prefer the shattered bonus.

    UI :
    Have 2 buffs one for Full Sword getting Shattered and the other for Shattered Sword getting rebuilt , different icons or colors or whatever makes it easier to identify , they have like 10 stacks or however many stages of shatter there is for the sword and they either start from 10 for Full sword going down to 0 and when it gets to 0 the Icon gets replaced by the new one for the Shattered Sword and starts building up to 10 again and so on. Well this was my idea for the sword , I was looking forward to seeing something along these lines when they shot down all our suggestions on the Stream and I expect something amazing instead of these bland ideas they posted , it really feels like they gave up and just threw 5 ideas out there for us to vote on. Post your ideas if you had some.

    posted a message on Can we expect new PTR/Beta Patch tomorrow?

    Just like before , nobody ever expected to see Beta this early , when F&F Beta started and same nobody expected the Closed Beta and I wouldn't be surprised if the patch came out tomorrow.

    They really need to release patches faster , the game is nearly here and it is not ready yet and the community isn't sure what type of feedback blizzard took and what they ignored.

    If they implement ladders which they most likely will , then Torment is too hard for level 60 IMO.

    They have to adjust Master difficulty alittle bit and then if you look at loot 2.0 , you can see that they have lowered the damage everybody can dish out if you play self found and increased the EHP ,doubt Master would be a walk in the park if you played self found purely , it might not be the hardest but since they are not separating RoS and Vanilla , it is like WoW , without the expansion the game is dead and if you actually like D3 there is nothing in Vanilla changed from RoS except less features and no reason not to buy(I understand the principle that you don't want to feel forced to buy it and you want to buy it whenever you like , but that's how it is , vanilla in old state was broken anyways).

    Your gloves must change , get something with 8.5%+ crit chance and 40%+ crit damage , attack speed will drain your mana faster.(Easiest Upgrade / Craft them with Archon Gauntlets of Int) Zuni's Ring , Get a better Zuni Ring , average damage doesn't help alot with 2 hander , get one with more Int if you can't afford crit chance , though I am sure crit chance is cheaper now. Bracers , Craft Archon Bracers of Int , it is usually an easy slot to craft and will give more damage , you already have 24% movement speed from Inna's Pants + Boots.(You want Int , Vit , All Resist , Crit chance and Armor on bracers). Amulet , Craft Amulet of Int , the 6% damage on Tal's amulet is good , but you are losing 8.5%+ Crit Chance and the Crit Damage on your amulet is also low.(Try searching the Auction House for cheap Amulet with Crit chance and Crit damage and Int and compare damage , don't spend too much). Inna's Pants , These give you good damage , but cheap Inna's Pants are not worth it for me , try getting better inna's pants if you can afford , Int+Vit or switch it out and get rare pants with big vitality roll 200+ ,100+int ,2 sockets ,All Resist and Armor if they are cheaper now , go for 50+ res and drop the armor to find a cheap one , again don't spend too much on this slot now. Before you do any purchase on the Auction House , remember Reaper of Souls is coming very soon and almost everything you buy will be worthless and the gold will be better for you , so save up the money and try not to spend much.

    Drop the Hellfire ring and get a proper ring , the loss of damage from the hellfire ring and other stats are not worth the xp gains on Vanilla , going up in 1 monster power is gonna give you more xp. Also would love to know what Mp you can do now , what are you aiming for and what is your budget ? prices are changing alot now because of RoS , some items are losing value and others are going up in price.

    I still believe the Fire Ally Active isn't strong enough , the damage is too low for 30 seconds cooldown and they sometimes don't explode immediately and they just stand there.

    The Life regen Mystic Ally is great , 100% life heal per use is a life saver.

    Water is alright with the slow , active isn't the worst considering it is fast and slows(I think).

    Agreed. There is a big difference between useful and OP , 100 spirit is in no way OP every 30 seconds.
    Builds that don't rely on heavy Spirit Spending still don't find a use for the Air Ally so its not a must have skill.

    and who are you to decide what hundreds of thousands of players use as their abilities and gear choices? My issue isn't WW , it is the Perma WoTB , also I not here to argue , just my opinion and you can still play WW with the right gear , I am gonna build WW barb for sure when I get the gear for it :) And if this build isn't showing that new builds are opening up then I don't know what will , I played Monk on PTR and Wizard so far , they all have many builds now instead of just 1 or 2 builds and I didn't get any good build changing legendaries , so I believe they did a great job with the legendaries , still some work to be done I think , but it is looking much better than D3V by far.

    I think the few things worth getting are items that have been changed and can't be obtained with improved stats in RoS.

    Mempo with 5%+ CC and 9%AS (Got 2 saved 6% and 5.5%)
    Lacuni with 6% CC 9%AS and Vit+mainstat (got 2 saved , gonna enchant the main stat to 70 so I keep alittle bit of Vit)
    Double Vit rolled Inna Pants 9%AS (got 2 saved 199 and 198 vit on each , rerolling dex to main stat lvl 70)
    Witching Hour got some saved.
    And EF with high crit dmg + Socket and good +aps

    Anything else seems to be replaceable by other rares or legendaries , might buy me some trifectra rings and amulets.

    Also I bought all the good looking legendary plans , I noticed that legendary plans on PTR maybe on Beta too drop only in their level range and with Master being that easy and people level up very fast , it might be hard to obtain these plans once the AH shuts down , so I spent few hundred millions on getting all the good looking weapons/armor for transmog purposes. Didn't bother with many sets because many have gotten new level 70 version which is easy to find.

    My problem with the game is that they force some heroes down your throat and if you want your hero , you either have to pay up to start playing with it or rely on your luck and you never know when and if it will ever drop for you.

    Also my other problem is that I don't feel like my hero advances when he looks the same always , part of the RPG games is seeing the gear on your character and how gear changes appearance and progresses , I don't like the one look and if you want another one then you gotta buy a customization item to change the appearance to another static one.

    Honestly no , it doesn't feel the same and not in a good way.
    I used to farm on my monk in mp0-2 with Tempest Rush and the drop rates were significantly higher than what is found on the PTR , I did many many runs on normal with my Tempest Rush monk clearing the whole act in around 20 minutes(act3) and no drops whatsoever , I don't want a drop every run and I don't want a drop every hour , but playing for hours and not finding anything with my Paragon level(142) not the highest but still good enough , it feels like I am wasting time , the only thing making me feel better is that it is a PTR and it is all going for the bigger goal which is to better the game. Also the game shouldn't feel less rewarding for us players that did break the higher mps and have higher paragon characters , I put good hours in the PTR and I found only 4 legendaries at 60 , 3 were total garbage and 1 good.

    Loot 2.0 is supposed to give us less items but better , but when the better part doesn't work then the less part stings harder.Finding Tyrael's Might chest with no main stats only Resistance and 2 secondary stats isn't worth the 6-10 hours farming not to forget that in Vanilla we can't use the mystic to optimize the item for our build , so it either drops with exactly what you want or it is bad and good luck with finding what you want.
