I agree. Waiting for the giant Spanish (not English???) McDonalds background screen to load with every page sucks. Obviously a $$$ feature.

Doing Necro again this season, an old friend from D2 and Lotro is playing, between him, another friend and myself we are going to take an honest shot at 3 player boards. Not sure how we will fare, but its the first time since seasons started I have dedicated friends to try stuff with. Not sure what the metas will be but we are running DH/Monk/Necro to start and we will see where that leads us.

Was that always the norm? I normally dont play deep into a season to care about the time between seasons, but this season I had the time and gave effort and even cracked leaderboards despite the botting epidemic (I couldnt care less about botting, this isnt a rant against them). It really didnt click that there was nearly a month between seasons until I logged on yesterday and found all my stuff in the mail and read that it was nearly 3 weeks until the new season started. Add the locked LBs and it seems Blizz doesnt really care or want people to play. Is this new attitude from Activision or was it always this way? I cant imagine WTF they are doing that requires the game to be practically closed for 3 weeks. Thanks in advance for any meaningful replies.

Monk HC and probably Necro too, not sure if HC or normal.
Looking forward to trying the new class and mixing the game up a bit.

Real life pulled me away from D3 early season 10. Im just getting back into it, and on the official forums I decided to look at the current HC Monk builds on the official forum's leader boards. Much to my surprise the last player on the boards completed just a level 32 GR and a huge hunk of the lower half of the boards is lower 60s GRs.
Im at work now so cant check the in game boards, but Im nearly 100% positive the last time I checked the boards a few days ago they started at GR68.
Was there some kind of wipe of the leader boards or are the official forums boards totally inaccurate?

If still accepting apps Ill throw my hat in the ring. Older gamer, seen it all. Really heavy into D2, ran a D2 site and chat forums for a few years. Walked more servers than I care to count and never made 1 cent on the game. If you need or want to know more message me. Although I did take last season off playing wise I was still here on the forums (reading) a few times a week. Definitely could use some officer presence in the clan too.

btw, there are already 2 alternatives on the radar. Both are nowhere near the convenience level of TH, but at least they have the basics i need to play diablo properly (and no, i mean not the maphack)

If you feel you need to cheat to be competitive by all means please do, just wondering why not cheating is playing improperly, you know relying on your own skills which apparently you seem to lack because of your need to cheat

Did they remove that god awful Master a set dungeon? Thats the exact reason I still only have 6 stash tabs and if it still exists why I will continue to have 6

Dont know yet for HC. Almost positive Im rolling a barb for SC. Im self employed so my play times are either through the roof or dont log in for 2 weeks straight. Tonight Im shooting (photos a sidejob/hobby) a highschool playoff game so I probably wont even start the season until tomorrow afternoon. Either way Ill be softcore first.
Edit: I also play a lot with my wife who isnt in a clan by choice just message if you want to group

Ive been strictly monk and some DH the past few seasons, this time around Im playing a class I have never really played much of. Either a Crusader or a Wizard. Even thinking about a Barb as I havent played that much.
Also going strictly SC this season, while HC is fun and a bit more challenging it is losing its lustre

Last season I think I was the only one although some did dabble in it. I wont be playing HC as my primary this season because of that
