Honestly I think the best solution would be similar to what Torchlight did with the characters personal stash and having a separate shared stash. Unfortunately I think that was only possible because of less players and a offline mode. I would even be willing to pay for additional stash space whether it be Gold or USD hell I'd even pay monthly for more stash space like additional retainers in FFXIVARR. Whatever the solution this needs to be solved, it's a bigger issue than I feel blizzard realizes it is.

At this point in Diablo I'm practically playing Tetris with my inventory more and more often. I feel discouraged in playing other classes since the inventory issue is a big problem.

If they don't change the dmg of jailer i kinda hope that they change the animation to a nuclear explosion then Eirena just screams NOOOOOO for 3 minutes.

Yeah I agree with this. To be honest it seems people want Blizzard to force everyone down to their level. It's like if they capped APM on Starcraft to 20 so everyone plays at the same level, it's ridiculous. Then people would complain they can't reach 20 APM.

Everyone had access to the methods the top 1000 did but chose a different path. The same exact thing happened every season in D2, top players will exploit any little thing to gain an advantage. This is how anything competitive works. If it isn't a high reward bounty it'll be something else to complain about.

The real issue isn't blizz and\or content. It's the age gap between the old d2'rs and the new millennium age kids. There's a self entitlement that comes with the millennium age group. They feel as if free content is not enough, changes that make the game balanced are unplayable and that if they are not at the utmost peak in a game, they are let down by the developers. The real fact is, it's the person and their inability to enjoy themselves without having every bell and whistle the developers could have added.

Personally I appreciate the latest patches that came with free content. If it didn't suite me, who am I to complain as I didn't EARN anything. It was free. The number one statement I seen from the last few patches was a lot of people complaining about the content or lack there of. Look if you can't get the concept that "The game is yours to enjoy however you enjoy gaming" and then the biggest one "buyer beware". People sit around blaming the devs for a decision they made in the passed and a decision they continue to make. It's seriously not up to the devs to allow me to enjoy a game, it's up to me and the rest of you. If you can't do it, try being accountable for your own unhappiness.

On a different note, Fallout 4 is pretty badass. Instead of bitching at the devs I decided to try something else until they release the patch. <-- And that's how you ensure your happiness. It's situational, people are choosing this situation. It's far overdue but it's time to blame the individual and not the devs. This is a individual issue where said individuals are self entitled. Get over yourself.

I lost 14 chars this season, 11 of them legit my own mistake, 2 to lag, 1 to DC. It's part of HC. It's never painfull to lose a char, especially not when I did in Grift 43+ on hardcore in a try to get rank 1, then I feel it worth the far and attempts. Also, dying refreshes the game, makes me and many people play more to re-gear, gives us more stash space etc. THIS, is why we love HardCore.

We laughed many times of the death yesterday during today, and still make jokes about it, there is no hard feelings at all. We just learn from our mistakes and next time approach it differently.

My only wish, is that blizzard re-design Lightning DHs so its less laggy, cause it is a fun build to play.

I guess it's different for different people. I don't like the idea of constantly starting over, losing (nearly) everything I've spend dozens, hundreds, thousands (?) of hours working on.

Well, there only a few types of "end-games" out there for games. For about half of games, the end game is the credits. You get 8-50 hours of playtime, then you've completed the game. This is enough to justify a $30-$50 game in most cases.

For games without end, there are a few different types.
There are games with the solo play nonexistent or limited, which focus solely on competition - League of Legends, Counterstrike, etc. These games have no real end-game, because the game doesn't change much in structure from first play-through to expert play-through. There are some hybrids here, but the solo play is usually pushed to the side rather quickly (Starcraft).
MMOs generally focus on team-play and combining efforts in order to provide essentially just a slowed-down version of what an ARPG does. You're still grinding for loot forever, it just comes less often and has more "depth" in what is required to get to that loot. These generally have trimmed down storylines, which are often simply ignored anyway.
Sandbox games, like GTA are another option, they generally have good storylines, but the "end-game" isn't really anything more than what the name describes.. a place to play around in endlessly, likely without any real feeling of progress.

To answer your question specifically, there generally are NOT story-focused games that don't end. It simply wouldn't make sense. It sounds to me like you should be playing a good action game like Shadows of Mordor. Great gameplay, good story, tons of fun and interesting mechanics, and you cap out your stats/items at around 40 hours played. After that you play until you're bored, then move on.
If you think there should be a game you can play hundreds of hours, and still not be doing the same thing for hundreds of hours.. well those don't exist. The closest thing would be the competitive PVP games, because the content/nature of the game is mostly decided by player actions.

EDIT: Tested the Firebirds set and it is pretty nice, I like the set and hopefully I can get my hands on a Serpents Sparker or Wow. (Erased the original Post)

If we increase blood shards a huge amount, everyone would save their shards indefinitely until they found (in my case azurewrath) their perfect item. and then roll with kadala to get the perfect version.
