Like, are you thinking there's a built in screen shot thingy in D3? No such thing.
It is built in only for Hardcore players. Nothing like that would make sense for softcore players as your hard drive would fill up within a day. When a hardcore player dies D3 takes a SS of the death to save it.
Should be able to get rid of skorn pick up two 1h weapons (main hand being axe or mace) and replace most of your gear for 10 mil and end up doing more dps overall. Your crit chance right now is way to low to run a WW spec effectively and has to change.
This is what I would do personally with your budget.
Replace mempho and get a good IK helm with 6 crit and high str as you can afford.
Replace lacuni's and get some generic yellow bracers with 5+ crit with all res and vitality.
Replace your belt with a barb belt with all res and vit ( if you can find one with LS and life % for the right price get it)
Replace your neck with a yellow neck aiming for 8+ crit chance with 70+ crit hit damage and Str/average damage as high as you can afford.
Get a ring with crit and crit damage with str/average damage (might not be able to afford to have both on it so pick the one you can afford).
Players are considered elites and all bonuses involving them should work but currently do not due to bugs. A flat 30% damage increase could be better than a quadfecta ring in terms of overall damage to players but can't test it until the bug is fixed.
We also took the opportunity to modify the Ruby effect in weapons. At the moment, the Critical Hit damage bonus provided by the Emerald is a clear choice for anybody looking to do more damage with their weapon. The new tier Ruby is a significant bump up that should make it the preferred choice for those who favor attack speed over Critical Hit chance, or for those who use skills which do not benefit as much from Critical Hit such as Sentry and Hydra.
Yea if you read it closely it says nothing about increasing attack speed, only that builds that rely on it heavily will get more benefit out of the new rubies instead of the new emeralds. Blizzard always had an odd way about how they word things so you can really never pin anything down on them.

They reverted the changes made so it is back to its former glory.
